Just 30 mins drive from Nice airport and eight kilometres from the cosmopolitan centre of Cannes with its famous Croisette and festivals. From this location you are also within easy reach of the beach resorts of Juan les Pins, Antibes and St Tropez. Whilst Cannes is only a short drive away, those who prefer to rest and relax in peaceful surroundings will appreciate the golf course setting with clubhouse and restaurant and the marinas and beaches of La Napoule and La Rague just a few minutes away. Mandelieu itself has shops, restaurants (including the Michelin 2 star L’Oasis) and supermarkets. The apartment is set within a gated community in the grounds of the Riviera Golf course. It is spacious and well equipped including air conditioning and Wi-fi. There is a large private garden with east and west facing terraces. There is a large shared swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. Underground parking accessed by lift or stairs, videophone entry to the apartment.

Notes on accommodation
Guests are met by a local representative who holds the keys, checks the inventory in and out and explains where everything is and how everything works. She will organise the cleaning and linen and charges for these are payable to her locally in cash.

Cleaning and provision of linen and towels depends on the number of guests staying, on a per week basis this is:
2 people = 115 euros
4 people = 160 euros
5 people = 175 euros

The agent speaks English, French and German and is available to help if any questions or problems arise.

Outside
The apartment faces east/west with terraces outside the bedrooms (east) and the living/dining room (west). There are outdoor tables and chairs and four sunloungers. It is surrounded by a 150m2 private garden which has automatic watering and is maintained by gardener.
Please note that barbecues are not allowed on Riviera Golf.

Coast/Beach
Marinas and beaches of La Napoule and La Rague are just a few minutes drive away.
Beaches stretch all along the coast road into Cannes (8km)and beyond right the way to Monaco.

Golf
There are 12 golf courses within 45 mins drive, including :
Mandelieu:
Riviera Golf Club (apartment is within the grounds).
Built during the 1990s, Riviera Golf was designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior. 18 holes. Practice tees and putting green.

The Old Course, Cannes-Mandelieu (5 minutes away)
Inaugurated in 1891, it is the oldest course on the coast. A very beautiful course lined with umbrella pines around the Siagne River. This is an 18-hole course of 5,676 metres, par 71, complete with a 9-hole course of 2,409 meters, par 33. There is a good practice area and lovely old world clubhouse.
Mougins:

Grasse:
La Grande Bastide, St Donat, Grasse Golf & Country Club
Ste Maxime:
Beauvallon-Grimaud Golf Course, Ste-Maxime Golf Club
There are many other courses within easy travelling distance and full information sheet with contact numbers will be provided.

Skiing
Nearest ski resort is Isola 2000 which is about one and half hours drive away.

Travel
Nice Airport 30 mins drive.
Marseille airport approx one and half hours drive.
Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Riviera Golf is situated in Mandelieu La Napoule with the town centre of Mandelieu just a few minutes drive away. There are all the usual amenities : restaurants, shops, banks, post office, supermarkets etc.

Further details
Water sports can be found along the coastal routes and there is tennis in Mandelieu La Napoule. For families a ten minute drive to Cannes le Bocca will take you to go karting, quad biking and laser quest.

Driving east along the coast from Cannes to Nice are the resorts of Juan les Pins, Cap d’Antibes and Antibes. From Nice towards Monaco drive along the beautiful corniches of the Riviera and visit St Jean Cap Ferrat, Villefranche and Beaulieu sur Mer. From Monte Carlo you can follow the coast to the elegant town of Menton then onto the Italian Riviera resort of San Remo.

Driving west along the coast from Mandelieu towards St Tropez along the “corniche of the Esterel” you can visit Agay, St Raphael, Frejus, Sainte Maxime before reaching the marina village of Port Grimaud and then St Tropez. (Please note this route is very busy in high summer!)

Travelling inland you can visit the famous perfume centre of Grasse and the historic towns of Mougins famous for its art galleries, restaurants and cookery school and St Paul de Vence with its celebrated Colombe d’Or restaurant.

Rental Conditions:
Minimum rental one week.
No pets.
Security Deposit: Refundable cheque for 20 per cent of total rental cost required as security deposit against damage/loss at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. Returned within 2 weeks after departure.

Payment Terms:
50 per cent of total rental cost to secure booking.
50 per cent (+ 20 per cent security deposit) 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Late bookings: whole amount payable on booking.

It was the most relaxing holiday we have had, everything about it was good, your apartment is superb, we enjoyed your garden and having meals on the patio before we went out and the weather was great every day. What more
could you ask for? Claudine was great she showed us what we needed and we only saw her when we needed to and the pool, like you said, was beautiful. I hope we can enjoy it again next year.
