Our apartment has recently been completely renovated and is in impeccable condition. The restoration was carried out very sympathetically and was designed to retain as many of the original features as possible. The apartment is a wonderful location for both couples and families. It is situated on the top, 2nd floor, of an old-fashioned Parisian apartment block. As it is situated on the top floor the apartment it is extremely light and airy with the living room looking out onto a courtyard garden.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Separated at the front of the apartment is the beautiful large double bedroom. This has been very lovingly restored and furnished, providing all possible comfort whilst maintaining a real Parisian charm.
Bathrooms: Bathroom contains a sink, WC and shower.
Kitchen: The dining table and wrought iron chairs separate the main living room area from the fitted kitchen which is comprehensively equipped. The kitchen provides all the equipment and utensiles and is equipped with a hob, microwave and fridge.
Living Rooms: The spacious and comfortable living room with typical Parisian wooden parquet flooring, has a generous sofa and retains the original marble fire place. The room is equipped with a TV, Hi-Fi for use with CDs or MP3 players and broadband Wi-Fi internet.

All towels and bedlinen are provided. For stays longer than 1 week additional towels and linen are provided. The apartment is cleaned prior to all visits.

Travel
The apartment offers easy access to the major entry points for travellers to Paris including the airports of CDG and Orly and the Eurostar at Gare du Nord. Also EuroDisney is very easily accesible by either train or Taxi.

Distances
In terms of connections the nearest Metro station is 'Vaugirard' on Line 12. This offers easy access and connections to all the major points of Paris and also to the major airports and train stations. You should be aware that the Paris transport system is excellent, therefore to journey around is really extremely easy. For example a journey on Metro Line 12 from Vaugirard to the Champs Elysee is approx 15 minutes. Our apartment is also only a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel tower.

Further details
Paris itself, not including the suburbs, is relatively small for a major city. It is made up of 20 areas, or arrondissements, we are in the 15th arrondissement. This is south of the river Seine, on the 'Left Bank'. The apartment is positioned in a great, typically Parisian area which is packed with bars, restaurants and fabulous food shops and markets.
Within 1 minute’s walk of the apartment is one of the most wonderful selections of food shops to be found within Paris. These local shops serve the residents of the ‘Quartier Blomet’ offering the most mouthwatering range of items. Within less than a minutes walk from the apartment you will find excellent Boulangeries, charcuteries, grocers, fishmongers, boucheries, and many, many, more.
Within the 15th arrondissement there is a market to be found on almost every day. In particular on Sundays the area houses the longest street market in Paris along ‘Rue de la convention’. This predominantly food market is an absolute must for all food lovers and is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. In addition many other fantastic markets are available within walking distance notably the market on Avenue de Saxe which offers a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop to your shopping.
The area has many great bars and restaurants which offer a real slice of Paris. The quartier has many, many typical pavement café’s available offering great spots to sit and watch the world go by. You will also be able to find great restaurants offering all types of cuisine within the local area, including some of the best French cooking in Paris. We will be able to help you find the best restaurants for you and also assist in making any reservation that you may need.

Booking notes
A minimum payment of 50% of the total rental price must be made at the time of booking by either Bank Transfer or Paypal. The balance payment of 50%, together with a security deposit of 200 euros, is then paid upon arrival in Paris. The security deposit is returned at the end of the stay. All payments should be made in euros. Minimum reservation period is 3 nights.
