Prices are based on up to 6 adults and 7 children sharing the property. Prices are advertised in GBP, however, payments are taken in Euros on and exchange rate of 1.30%.
Changeover day
Changeover days are Saturdays in the summer season however flexible all other times of year.

| Bathrooms: | There are two family bathrooms with full size bath, one with separate shower, hand wash basin and WC both accessible from the master bedrooms. The twin/double also has an en-suite shower room and there is also a 3rd WC at the property. |
| Kitchen: | The large kitchen is very well equipped including a large 5 burner range cooker, (great for when cooking for large numbers), TWO dishwashers, and two large tables with seating for up to 14, microwave, and a 700 wide fridge/freezer (very important!). |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, airier, pegs, washing basket, ironing board and iron. You will also find dishwasher tablets, washing machine tables, dishclothes, bin liners and cleaning materials at your disposal - fewer things to bring and always appreciated! |

We offer a large range of hospitality services including a priority booking service for local attractions, babysitting, midweek cleaning, laundry service, beach towel hire. You will also find kitchen essentials like washing up liquid, dishcloths, bin bags, kitchen foil, clingfilm, kitchen towels and salt and pepper grinders at your disposal. 100% freshly pressed bed linen and towels are included within the price and we have a daily maid service should you require that little bit extra. We cater specially for families with children. You will find a large library of books (babies to teenagers), a huge collection of videos, board games for the entire family, a great selection of toys which includes dressing up clothes and train sets - everything you could possibly need to keep the little ones entertained. Also supplied free are a highchair, travel cot, changing unit, pushchair, sterilising kit, bottle warmer plastic crockery and cutlery.

La Mirabelle is all on one level which allows wheelchair access.
Outside
The large heated private swimming pool measures 10m x 5m & has a huge decked terrace & grass surrounding it. It is fully enclosed only accessible by lockable gates (which the parents have the keys for!) The toddler pool is within the secure area however in the large garden the kids will just love the children’s play area with swings, slide, sandpit & table tennis.
The gymnasium is located in a large wooden cabin in the garden & is equipped with; An electronic treadmill with Console Feedback: Level, Time, Speed/RPM, Distance, Calories, various levels and workouts. A commercial cycle with an extensive amount of different levels and challenges, console feedback: Workout Time, Time of Day, Heart rate, % Heart Rate, RPM, Speed, Distance, Calories etc, 6 in one combined multi-gym / weights machine offering Lateral Pull Down, High Pulley, Leg Developer, and Abdominal Crunch Feature. A stepper Yoga mats It has an iPod docking station, so remember to bring your favourite work out
Coast/Beach
La Mirabelle is less than 10 mins from the famous Vendée coast - referred to locally as the Côte-de-Lumière (Coast of Light). The fantastic sandy beaches stretch along 13km, and 8km of them face south. The main beach at La-Tranche-sur-Mer (10 mins away) is ideal for families with children. It is approved as a ‘Kids' Station’, which means that the resort is a safe environment for children to play in. It also has specialist equipment and entertainments which specifically cater for families.

La Mirabelle is just a 5 minute drive to the wonderful village of Angles, which has a large street market on both Wednesday and Sunday mornings in the summer months - an excellent opportunity to sample much of the locally produced food, including cheese, meat, fish and wine.
In the summer months Angles organises special events in the square including fun days, evening entertainers, jazz and blues nights, firework displays and night markets.
Further details
Indian Forest Adventure has marked trails in a forest, as well as 122 different challenges. Suspended on safety harnesses, you are able to climb, swing, dismount and even slide across the forest at a height of 20ft above the ground. There is also an adventure area for toddlers, with themed bouncy castles, a ball park, rock climbing and an inflatable park. This is an excellent day out for both children and adults and is just 5 minutes from our gîtes.
Puy du Fou is where time stands still - and will be an instant hit with children and adults alike. You'll see villages from different eras, gladiators still doing battle and Vikings launching attacks on fortified castles! In the summer, there are 28 evening/night shows with 300 fireworks per show, 2000 digitally-controlled projectors, 1500 computerised fountains, 4500 costumes and many more special effects. There are minstrels in the heart of the woods and master falconers in the meadows.
The gîtes are just an hour's drive from the delightful shops and quayside restaurants of La Rochelle. From the port, you can take to the water and visit Ile d'Aix - and even the famous Fort-Boyard.
The Parc des Floralies (under 10 minutes away) is open all summer and entry is free. The park has a forest of oak and pine trees which cover seven hectares. During the spring, blooming tulips, narcissi, hyacinths, crocuses and amaryllis all produce the most wonderful scents!
La Rochelle's wonderful Aquarium boasts 10,000 specimens from the Atlantic, the Mediterranean and the tropics (visit website 1 below for further information). With three million litres of water and 64 different aquariums.

Prices are based on up to 6 adults, 7 children sharing the property. Prices are advertised in GBP, however, payments are taken in Euros on and exchange rate of 1.30%. Credit Card payments are accepted, however a 2% surcharge applies with this method of payment. Alternatively payments can be made by international bank transfer.
Winter lets are welcome from Mid October through to Mid April each year at a price of 1500 euros per month and are based on one family sharing.
