Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros.
We will give priority to renters for two weeks during July and August. Payment of 25% upon reservation, balance due 30 days before rental starts. Deposit of €1000 upon arrival will be refunded on departure days subject to possible pending bills or damage. Discount for longer stays can always be discussed.
Changeover day
Arrival after 4 pm and departure before 10 am on Saturdays.

Notes on accommodation
Not very suited for toddlers (2-5) as their are lots of stairs and potential hazards. No problem for older independant children.
Outside
Small but very lovely and totally private (secluded) garden facing directly south and with view over countryside. Neighbours on each side (no overlooking). We have built (2008) a brand new and large pool with a counter-current water flow to enable proper swimming, a Jacuzzi and protected by a security cover. Plenty of outdoor furniture including easychairs and hammoc. Barbecue. Two adult bicycles are at your disposal.
Coast/Beach
1 hour drive to nearest seaside (La grande Motte). Lovely well equipped sand beaches.
Golf
One 9 holes in Uzès, about 10km away. Two 18 holes in Nîmes 30Km.
Travel
Use of car is essential (small garage). Several other outside parking areas.
Nearest airport is in Nîmes, 30 minutes drive away. Next is Montpellier (one hour).
Distances
Uzès: 7 Km, Nîmes:30 Km, Avignon:45 Km.
Pont du Gard: 20Km, Aix-en-Provence: 1 1/2 hour drive, Marseille: same
Further details
All necessary shops, supermarket, medical care etc. can be found in St.Quentin-la-Poterie, 3 Km away. Bigger and much more complete facilities in Uzès, 7 Km away. Plenty of first class restaurants cater to all budgets. Lovely saturday morning market in Uzès and elsewhere on other days. Hicking, canooing, excursions etc...

This region is blessed by a magnificent climate and while close to several larger cities of interest (Avignon, Nimes, Montpellier, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, remains preserved and nature oriented. Uzès is a lovely mediaval city of small size but with many cultural activities throughout the year. The sun shines, good wine flows, the area is peaceful and the sea a mere hour away. What more would anyone want for a restful holiday?
