2 bedroom apartment on the first floor of this beautiful property located on La Rue Droite right in the heart of the old town of Nice. The building also has a lift which is unusual for the area. The apartment has just been renovated and is located near the art galleries on the well known La Rue Droite. It also has another entrance onto La Rue de la Croix and the apartment faces onto a local theatre. Close to the beach (4 minute walk) and all the restaurants but the apartment is also quiet in the evenings! The apartment also benefits from double glazing. The American style kitchen is also new and comes with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The bus station is only 3 minutes walk away and the local supermarket is just around the corner. There is a wide screen LCD TV and DVD player (for those with children you will know how important this is). The phone is set up for unlimited calls to landlands all over Europe and the USA (including USA mobiles). Free internet access.

Nice airport 8km away and is serviced by an excellent bus service. If you purchase a 7 day pass on arrival at the airport (for 15 euros) this also enables you to use the tram system around Nice as well.

It took my wife and I some time to find the perfect apartment combining our home comforts with all the charm of the old town. We looked at over 40 apartments over a 8 month period before this apartment came onto the market. We love it and we are sure you will too.

Just wanted to let you know we had a nice time in Nice and I thought
the apartment was really nice. Such a lovely surprise that it was just
the same as on the internet - no nasty surprises like the last
apartment I stayed in.
Your apartment is nicely decorated with lovely furnishings and all the
amenities you could wish for. The location is also very good. I would
have no hesitation in recommending this to any of my friends and
family.
Thanks for the tips on the resturants, I loved Acciardo and Chez
Palmyre.
