The property offers a large kitchen/dining room, spacious living room with exposed beams, large master bedroom with an en suite shower room, 2 further bedrooms, separate bathroom with washbasin and a separate toilet. Outside there is private entrance, parking and garden. The swimming pool, sun terrace and sun loungers is for the exclusive use of the gite guests. There is also a second shaded patio area for outside dining with table and chairs plus a gas barbecue.

Changeover day
Normally Saturday to Saturday, however outside of peak season this may be negotiated with the owners. Part weeks and long weekends will also be considered. The property must be vacated by 10am and will be available by 3pm.

| Living Rooms: | Spacious room on the first floor with picture window. It has TV/video/DVD players, Satellite TV/music centre, 2 and 3 seater leather sofas, leather reclining chair and coffee table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and bedlinen are provided however guests are asked to provide their own towels for around the pool. We supply dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, bin liners, cloths and cleaning materials. |
Notes on accommodation
The gite is cleaned before your arrival and we only ask that you leave it in a tidy and presentable condition. It will also be cleaned on Saturdays if your stay is longer than a week, if required.

Outside
The gite has its own private entrance, garden and parking area. The pool area consists of the pool (8m x 4m) with surrounding patio and sun loungers. There is a further patio area under the shade of a large walnut tree with table and chairs, plus a gas barbecue. A table tennis table is also available upon request
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy Vendeen beaches are just over an hour's drive away. Most have miles of golden sand and many have lifeguards and blue flag awards.
Travel
Nearest airports are Nantes and La Rochelle, both being approximately 75 minutes' drive. The Channel ports of St. Malo and Caen are approximately 4 hours' drive. Use of a car is essential.
Distances
La Bernerie is 2.5kms from Mouilleron En Pareds which is midway between Chantonnay and La Chataigneraie. Nantes and La Rochelle are approximately 75 minutes' drive and Poitiers (Futuroscope) is approximately 90 minutes' drive. Puy-de-Fou is 30 minutes' drive.
Booking notes
25% deposit, full payment 8 weeks before arrival. Security deposit of £200 payable by cheque, which is returned by post, to be paid at the same time as the outstanding balance.
