Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible especially outside Summer months.

All linen included - kitchen towels, bathroom towels, sheets and blankets. Property checked after departure but tenants expected to leave it clean. It is up to tenants to change sheets if they wish to. |

Electric radiators. Suitable for children, safe balcony.

Apartment is reached by two flights of stairs which are not steep.

Plastic chairs for use on balcony, clothes dryer to be used in or out.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes by car from local beach 'Le Plan d'eau'. Decking, grass or gravel beaches, recently updated, bar, small shops, mini-golf, pedalos, bouncy castle. In summer free shuttle to beaches, details from excellent Tourist Office, 2 m. from apartment
Skiing
20 minutes from 'Les Orres' ski resort, 40 minutes from 'Reallon'. In winter free shuttle service to Les Orres.
Special interest holidays
An excellent spot to relax and watch the world go by - great for hiking, white water rafting, skiing, swimming etc...
Travel
Marseille airport is 2 hrs15 away and Grenoble,2 hrs 15. Lyon is 3 hrs away and Nice 3 to 3 and a half hrs away but many cheap flights arrive in Nice and the drive is lovely with no risk of snow in winter. Also flights to Turin, Italy, about 2 hrs away. A hire car is recommended if you fly to an airport and you wish to discover the area but one can arrive in Embrun by train, a mere 5 m's walk from apartment;night train from Paris Austerlitz to Embrun direct or TGV to Grenoble, direct train to E

Embrun has a cinema, a swimming pool, a lively and attractive market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, excellent food shops(butchers and many bakers) and restaurants (restaurant de la mairie, pizz'alpes amongst others) on doorstep. 3 supermarkets of which 1 is within walking distance (10 minutes). Efficient staff at Tourist Office 2 minutes away are very happy to help! An excellent Spar, 5 minutes walk, open on Sundays.
