The appealing and bright living room has original oak beams and French windows giving you charming views of the Town and the mountains. There is a comfortable sofa, colour TV, stereo CD player/radio, and dining table.

The large open-plan kitchen has a beautiful breakfast bar, and is fitted with cupboards, a cooker with four ring hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer.

In the hall, there is extra storage space, with iron and ironing board. The shower room (hair dryer provided) also has a wash basin, vanity unit and toilet.

There is a full-sized double bed, wardrobe hanging space, and extra storage on a second level reached by four steps. There are heating radiators in every room if you ever need them.

Situated in the centre of Nice in the Musician's Quarter, in the famous 'Art Deco' landmark building--the historic and refurbished 'Colysee.' The Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town, the beach, restaurants, and Nice's best boutiques are all an easy two-minute stroll away.

Situated in a peaceful and residential area, the apartment has original marble floors and four-meter high ceilings and faces toward a quiet courtyard (not towards the street).

Equipped to a high standard, with a full-size leather sofa, colour TV, stereo CD player/radio, and dining table, separate kitchen, spacious lounge, full-sized double bed, bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fitted with a cooker with hob, cupboards, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. In the hall, there is wardrobe hanging space, with iron and ironing board. By taxi, hire car or private car, the property is conveniently only ten minutes from Nice Airport.

Distances
Fresh local and regional produce is available less than one minute away. You can walk to the Old Town in one minute, to the bus station in two minutes, and to the beaches in two minutes.

Further details
If you prefer not to walk, there is a tram stop thirty meters from the apartment. With it's very central location and easy access to the Old Town and the tramway, the apartment is ideally placed for you to enjoy all of Nice and the entire Cote d'Azur.

We live in the UK and purchased these sunny apartments in Nice in 2001. We love going to the apartments for the sunshine, especially to escape the British winter! These apartments are well-located for convenience and easy access to all of the sights, but they also offer genuine peace and quiet, which we find very important during holidays. We have now been renting our apartments to holiday guests for over ten years. We always welcome comments from our guests so that we can keep the apartments at the highest standard of comfort.
