If you prefer not to walk, there is a tram stop thirty meters from the apartment. With it's very central location and easy access to the Old Town and the tramway, the apartment is ideally placed for you to enjoy all of Nice and the entire Cote d'Azur.

We live in the UK and purchased these sunny apartments in Nice in 2001. We love going to the apartments for the sunshine, especially to escape the British winter! These apartments are well-located for convenience and easy access to all of the sights, but they also offer genuine peace and quiet, which we find very important during holidays. We have now been renting our apartments to holiday guests for over ten years. We always welcome comments from our guests so that we can keep the apartments at the highest standard of comfort.
