La Rose is a newly converted gite giving 4 generous bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It also benefits from a large kitchen/diner and a separate lounge. The kitchen includes cooker, microwave, washing machine, large fridge and separate freezer. Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, 2 double en-suite rooms and one large children's room sleeping up to 4 children in bunks and divans. These bedrooms all have exposed beams and the two doubles have large walk-in wardrobes. The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor. This is a beautiful and comfortable single en-suite room. To the outside of the property is a patio with outside eating and barbeque area. Across the courtyard is a large, floodlit enclosed swimming pool (shared with FR 5731) with large sun terrace. This provides the user with complete privacy whilst on the pool side. A large enclosed garden to the rear of the property provides an excellent space for children to run around and play safely within sight of the pool area and gite.

Changeover day
Saturday in high season, can be negotiated outside high season. Arrival 4pm, departure no later than 10am to allow cleaning.

Patio area with seating for up to 9 people and BBQ provided. Courtyard area, covered play area with games machine, table tennis and art area. Large enclosed garden with Badminton area and children's wooden playhouse. Pool is 8 metres x 4 metres 'in ground'.
Further details
Charme has it's own boulangerie and post office. Neighbouring villages of Tusson and Coucome offer bar and restaurant facilities. Nearest town for supermarkets, restaurants and bars is Ruffec, approximately 10 minutes by car.
Nearby tourist attractions include Vallée des Singes, Futuroscope and for those brandy lovers amongst us, the beautiful historic town of Cognac.

Linda, Andy and Catherine Watson lived in 'Mes Reves' for 3 years prior to returning to the UK. The property is still our home, it was furnished with love and we hope our guests are as comfortable and love it as much as we do! Happy holidays.
