Notes on prices
Price in euros per by week, period of renting usually is at least 2 weeks. Rates are increased by 20% for a single week renting. Rates during children vacations are to be discussed. Discount for long winter lets. The simming pool is open from the end of may to the end of September.

Changeover day
Renters will arrive from 4pm on a Saturday and leave by 10am on a Saturday.

Accessibility
Main floor accessible by wheelchair through the upper driveway, with fully equipped kitchen beside dining room (east) looking onto sea, both rooms beside 24 m2 upper terrace (south) with a sea view. On the same level a corridor leads to bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, both accessible by wheelchair together with the shower room of bedroom 2.
Bedroom 1 is a few steps down at the same end of the corridor. The lounge, a few steps down the dining room has a large bay-window to the main terrace.

Coast/Beach
The villa is situated in a residential area of St-Aygulf with a 135-degree panoramic view on the sea to the east over the Bay of Saint Raphaël up to Dramont Cape.

The resort of St-Aygulf is shaded by pines, cork and holm oaks; from the beach of fine sand, ringed with rocks, there is an attractive view of Fréjus Bay and Les Issambres.

Golf
Grande Bastide, 6 kms and Valescures, 10 kms, both 18-hole courses.

Travel
St-Aygulf is a short distance from many medieval villages and historic sites such as Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Fayence, Seillans. St-Aygulf is 5 kms away from Fréjus, a village founded by Julius Cesar in 49 B.C. Octavian made it an important naval base where he built the galleys which wan the battle of Actium against Cleopatra and Antony. St Aygulf abuts on St Raphaël, another daughter of Rome. The large seafront of St Raphaël shows a great activity stimulated by the cafés and shops.

There are many restaurants in St Aygulf and huge supermarket a few kms away from the villa.

Hiking, biking, horse riding, fishing, wildlife viewing, tennis, shopping, swimming, vineyards, beaches, famous villages and sites are all closeby.

Booking notes
1. A non-refundable deposit of 25 % will be paid at the time a booking is made and the balance will be settled up when entering the villa.
2. A refundable damage deposit of 1500 EURO is required at the date booked. It is returned unless repairs or cleaning.
3. Linens are not provided but can be hired through a local supplier or if needed through the owner. Sizes of the large beds are respectively 160x200 cms and 140x190 cms. The four twin beds are 90x190 cms.
