Detached 4 bedroom villa with a separate gite in Les Cluses near Ceret and Collioure, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. South west France and within a 7 minute drive to Spain. The villa is in a nice quiet area with other detached properties nearby. It has a spacious lounge diner, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. This property sleeps 8 to 10 people quite easily and also has a separate gite which sleeps 2 people, with a WC and shower room. The property is rented out as one and we won't rent the villa or gite separately. The swimming pool is about 4 by 9 meters and is fed by a waterfall. We also have an outside kitchen/bar area with a music centre which is next to the pool, great for entertaining. Behind the bar area is a lawned area and our chill out zone with a hammock great for a bit of peace and quiet to read a book. At the front there is sheltered parking for 1 car but enough room for 3.

Through the school holidays we have Saturdays to Saturdays as changeover days.

The villa is equiped with all linen, towels, bed sheets. You need to bring nothing. The villa is cleaned before you arive and on departure. While you stay there, you can wash your own towels and linen. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a spacious lounge diner, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms 1 bathroom and a shower room. This property sleeps 8 to 10 people quite easy. It also has a separate gite that has a WC and shower room that sleeps 2.
Accessibility
The property is all on 1 level. There is an 8" /200mm step approximately in to the villa. We also have double doors.
Outside
The swimming pool is about 4 meters by 9 meters and is fed by a waterfall we have table tennis and a gym are. We also have an outside kitchen/bar area with a music centre which is next to the pool, great for entertaining. Behind the bar area is a lawned area and our chill out zone with a hammock, great for a bit of piece and quiet to read a book. At the front there is sheltered parking for 1 car but enough room for 2 more cars on the drive. This property is being totally refurbed at the moment and will have all new furniture.
Coast/Beach
You are within 20 minutes to the nearest beach. My favourite beach is Canet Plage which is 40 minutes away. Lots of restaurants, clean beach, jet skiing and fishing of the rocks.
Golf
There is a 27 hole championship course at St Cyprian 35 minutes away.
Skiing
You can go skiing in the mountains. The nearest ski result is 90 minutes away.
Special interest holidays
Sports: tennis in town, watersports, waterpark, horse riding, golf within 35 mins drive, fishing. Great for: walking holidays, rural/countryside retreats, beach or lakeside relaxation, a winter sun break, city breaks, cycling holidays.We have had alot of good feed back for walkers and cyclist and they seam to love this area.
Travel
Ryanair, BMI Baby, AirFrance all fly to Perpignan 35 minutes from villa.
British Airways, Thomsonfly, Travelrepublic, Low Fare Flights fly to Girona.
Distances
We are close to Ceret, Le Boulou, Perthus which is the Spanish boarder great for shopping, water parks, beaches.
