Accessibility
Unfortunately this property is not very wheel chair friendly - the stairs are old and wind up to the first floor and there are two steps up to the utility room and downstairs loo and a further two to the rear garden.

Small to medium sized rear garden with cherry, apple and pear trees. Also large covered patio area with garden furniture and small BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Lovely, local beaches are approx 30 mins by car.
Golf
There is a golf course at nearby Dol-de-Bretagne.
Travel
Dinard (Ryanair) is 30 min drive away, St Malo (Condor and Brittany Ferries) about the same. Cherbourg is approx 2½ hours drive. Car is essential for access to shops. Village has bakery and emergency supplies only.

Combourg a medium size town with banks, supermarkets, restaurants, market, chateau is 6km.
