Saturday. For purposes of payment, 'High Season' is classified as June, July and August. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm

Kitchen: Hand built fully equipped kitchen, range Smeg cooker/extractor, washer/dryer, dishwasher, double butlers sink, American stainless steel fridge/freezer with icemaker and water dispenser. Ample units, walnut worktops. Large dining table seats eight.
Utility Room: Housing state of the art gas central heating and hot water water system and also all electrical fuse boxes.
Living Rooms: Main living room, large stone fireplace, 4 sets of French doors, large contemporary sofa and two armchairs. Large Victorian oil painting above fireplace. Double height vaulted ceiling with exposed timbers, ample book shelving. Chandelier, wall lighting.

White bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. A maid comes on changeover day but a maid service is available by prior arrangement. Swimming pool cleaning and garden maintenance twice weekly.

Outside
Private swimming pool, 12m x 5m. Ample terracing around pool for sunbathing, 8 sunloungers, pagoda, outside dining table with umbrella and chairs seats up to 10 people. Terraced gardens with olive trees and fruit trees. Large barn. Two workshops, private driveway, ample parking, electric gates with security TV entry system, barbecue, breathtaking views.

Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within easy reach by car: Mandelieu-La Napoule-Cannes, Golfe de Frejus, La Croisettes, Cannes, St Raphael, Ste Maxime, and St Tropez. Iles de Cannes - there are some small islands off the beach at Cannes which can be reached by public ferry or sailing boat. The water around them is a stunningly clear turquoise and is perfect swimming territory. It is a great spot for days out.

Golf
Domaine de Terre Blanche (Four Seasons resort hotel) is a club of outstanding quality with two 18 hole golf courses plus a golf academy with a floodlit practice range and all weather covered positions. Golf de l'Esterel (Par 71, 5825 metres) is just over a mile away from the wonderful beaches of Saint-Raphael. Skiing
Isola 2000 is about 2 hours drive from Seillans and offers skiing at 2000 metres altitude from December to April. Geolieres Les Neiges is 1 1/2 hours drive and offers skiing at 1400-1700 metres altitude from Christmas to March. The resort, though relatively small, is good for learning and can be excellent after a big snowfall. The resort also has snow cannons.

Travel
The villa is 40-45 mins easy drive from Nice Airport. A hire car is recommended.

Distances
The centre of Seillans, lauded as a 'Village Fleurie' and voted one of 'the most beautiful villages in France' and is 25 minutes walk from the villa or 5 mins by car. Fayence, a pretty market town, Callian, built around a chateau on a hilltop, and Montaroux, built around a former fortress, are 10-15 mins drive from Seillans.

Further details
There are excellent restaurants in the locality and many auberges; Hotel Restaurant Deux Rocs in heart of historic Seillans and Le France in Fayance are two outstanding restaurants. There are many more to explore. Seillans is self sufficient in terms of a supermarket, pharmacie, bank, post office, Tabac and boutique hotels, with some excellent restaurants. Ten minutes away by car, Fayence offers a more varied and wider choice of shops and restaurants. Regardless of this once behind the gates of this wonderful villa, the guest will feel as if they are secluded and cosseted from neighbours, with total privacy.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the total price must be paid on reservation, the remainder and a £500 refundable damage deposit must be paid six weeks prior to the holiday start date,or 9 weeks for high season. Upon funds having cleared, the keys, electric gate beeper and keypad number including map and driving instructions will be released. On completion of the holiday and safe return of the keys and inventory of property the damage deposit will be refunded in full provided the house is left in good order.

Guest comments
Renovations to this property were completed in 2007 and therefore this is the second Summer that it has been available for rent. We hope everybody will have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
