With off street parking, this detached property is within walking distance of Civray's market square (5 minutes!). Here you can enjoy visiting the local bars and restaurants and twice weekly market selling fresh local products. The accommodation consists of a sitting room, with woodburner,dining area, modern kitchen with breakfast bar. The first floor is reached by a wooden staircase and consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom and a separate WC. The kitchen leads onto a secluded garden which has an above ground pool (24ft by 12ft). Situated on the Charente river Civray is a market town ideally set in the heart of the Poitou Charentes. The area is still a vibrant community and offers visitors a friendly welcome and a wide range of leisure activities: canoeing, riding, rambling, watersports, leisure centres and river fishing. La Vallee des Singes is only 15 minutes away where you can see an amazing selection of monkeys roaming free!

Distances
Once you have arrived, forget the car! You can walk to local shops, bars and restaurants.
