The accommodation consists of a sitting room with dining area, stunning kitchen with breakfast bar. The first floor is reached by a wooden staircase and consists of one double bedroom; one twin bedroom; bathroom and a separate WC. The kitchen leads onto a secluded garden which has an above ground heated pool (24ft by 12ft). Situated on the Charente river Civray is a market town ideally set in the heart of the Poitou Charentes. The area is still a vibrant community and offers visitors a friendly welcome and a wide range of leisure activities: canoeing, riding, rambling, watersports, leisure centres and riving fishing. La Vallee des Singes is only 15 minutes away where you can see an amazing selection of monkeys roaming free!
