3 double bedroom, fully equipped villa (built 2002), close to Mediterrean, Leucate Etang and the village which has 12 restaurants within walking distnace. 20 mins from Perpignan Airport. Great sandy beach. Its location makes visits to Barcelona, Collioure Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan or Font Romeu (a ski resort), all accessible within an easy drive. You can visit the zoo at Sigean, play golf at St Cyprien, learn to wind surf or tele-ski on the Etang or just relax on the beaches. We find something new to do and see each time we go.

About the owner
We are a married couple with four grown up children. We enjoy travelling and visiting new places. We play golf and ski. We are both semi retired and visit France and Italy (where we own 2 trulli ) when ever we can.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the property in Leucate in 2002, after 'a place in the sun' long weekend we arranged ourselves with 2 friends. We visited a number of different villages and houses in the Perpignan area and as soon as we arrived in lLeucate we knew this was where we wanted to be, and 8 years later still love the village. A traditional french village near the Mediterranean and mountains. We find something new to do each time we go.
Unique benefits of the property
Staying at our villa you can enjoy, walking into the village and trying some of12 or more restaurants each with a different type of menu. You can walk to the beautiful sandy beach, which never seems over crowed, in 20 minutes. In the summer there is a timetable of different events that are going on , Music and dance. There is lots to do for the children too with each reach. A water park, adventure park, skiing, wind surfing, a zoo. and lots more. We go as often as we can. Once a year for a whole month. The villa is on a friendly residence of 30 house, just a nice size. Any profit we make from renting the property we put back into the property. Enjoy
