About the owner
Although La Sojourn has been in our family for about 20 years, Roger and I only recently took it over. We have had many happy holidays there with our children (who are now grown up) and friends, and we still do.
We have refurbished the house, it is airy, homely and well equipped. We've been told the beds are very comfortable. The garden is looking great, the big border is stuffed with herbs for you to use and the terrace is a wonderfully relaxing outdoor eating area, overlooking the Kiwi's. The pool terrace is another place to enjoy.
Although set in the countryside with lots of wildlife, the shops, restaurants, beach lakes, golf, tennis etc. are but a short drive away, walking or cycling are a must especially along the Canal du Midi.
It is an amazingly relaxing place to be, idylli
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the house from the family because we love it. It is a wonderfully relaxing and uncomplicated place to be. We have everything one may need easily available nearby yet we benefit from being in a beautiful, very French rural position with stunning views, wildlife and long warm relaxing days and evenings.
