| Living Rooms: | Large open living room with solid wooden floor and luxury leather sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV with integrated DVD player, side tables and soft furnishings. The sofa also converts into a full size double bed for extra guests. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
One set of bed linen and two sets of towels are included in the price. Additional bed linen and sets of towels are charged at £20 per set. A mandatory cleaning fee of £35 is charged per stay. |

A regular bus and train service to Juan les Pin is also within walking distance of the apartment, and allows easy access to the whole of the Cote d'Azur.

Located within easy walking distance for all the local attractions of Antibes - the Chateaux, Picasso museum and Provencal market that opens each day, along with Port Vauban marina renowned throughout the world as a place where super yachts gater.
The Mimosa Flower Festival and Carnival of Nice, the Cannes Film Festival in May, the Jazz Festival during July in Juan, Monaco Grand Prix and the Principality, Grass with its perfumeries, and many medieval villages are all easily accessible.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100.00 (per week booked) is required to confirm the booking with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of £150 will be added to the balance to cover breakages, excessive cleaning etc. and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to inspection.
