Changeover day
The rents generally start on Saturday at 16.00 in the afternoon. And people must leave at 10.00 in the morning.

The garden with its lawn under the shadow of an oak tree is perfect for young children. Many toys for children.

The property is not suitable for people with mobility problems as the access has stairs.

Nice Airport 15 min drive. Antibes station 10 min drive. A car is recommended.

Biot is at 5 or 6 minutes walking. There are very good and famous restaurants. Mougins 15 min, Antibes 15 min, Cannes 2 min, Nice 20 min, Monte Carlo 50 min and Italy 60 min.
