There are steps down to the property which are not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Large garden areas containing some varieties of cacti and other Mediterranean plants. There is a large tiled terraced area (part covered) with an outdoor dining suite (seating for 6) and seperate sunbathing area. The villa is equipped with 2 sunbeds and 4 recliners. A smaller outdoor table with 2 chairs is also available. An outdoor electric BBQ is available. The large shared pool is located on a seperate gated area of the domaine a few minutes walk away from the villa. It is securely gated and contains a shower and toilet block. There is a smaller pool suitable for toddlers.
Coast/Beach
Numerous beaches all within driving distance. The large sandy beaches of St Aygulf are a 5-10 minute drive away.
Golf
The property is located in the Golfe de Roquebrune complex - currently undergiong development to PGA standard. A 9 hole course is available. The villa is very close to the charming golfclub house with lovely terracing and views over the bay of St Raphael.

Nice (Cote Dazur) Airport- 45 minutes drive.

St Aygulf has many shops and small supermarkets and numerous restaurants. Large supermarket (giant casino) 10-15 minute drive away. Large waterpark and funpark 10 minutes drive. Zoo/safari park within 20 minutes.
Booking notes
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in high season (July and August). A 10% deposit is required with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
A security bond of £350 is required 2 weeks prior to departure.
