The apartment adjoins our traditional wooden built chalet and has its own entrance and terrace, giving rise to wonderful mountain views and sunsets. It is set in a rural community, yet within walking distance of the village and just 15 minutes drive to the nearest ski slopes, with 56 lifts and 130 km of pistes. In the summer there are over 140 kms of marked walks, some starting from the apartment.

Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is cleaned on change over day or once a week if your stay is for longer. |

Accessibility
Our apartment is not really sutable for the elderly or disabled as there are steps leading up to it.
Outside
There is a private terrace (with table, 4 chairs, and barbecue available summer only) and parking. You are welcome to use our outdoor heated spa winter and summer
Skiing
The nearest ski lifts are 15 minutes drive away and link up to the La Clusaz network. We are just half an hours drive away fom Grand Bornand - a vast, open and sunny ski area rising 2100m with 39 ski lifts serving 42 pistes of various grades. Ski passes are available for individual ski areas or an aravis pass alows you to use all areas.
Travel
The aparment is just 470 miles from La Havre and 1 hour from Geneva airport. Main line trains (TGV) stop at Annecy, which is 30 minutes away making it easily accessible winter and summer.
Distances
We are one mile away from the quiet unspoiled village of Manigod.

In the village there is a bar\restaurant, bakers, grocery shop, post office, pottery shop, hairdressers, doctors surgery and tourist office. Thones is our nearest town which is a 15 min drive away where there are banks, bars, clothes shops, supermarkets florists, restaurants, swimming pool, adventure park etc.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking. The final balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
