Villa Sunrise is part of a new complex, a cosy villa with a spacious living room and open plan kitchen/diner area. The villa is a 4-6 person villa with 2 bedrooms. Everything is included that you need to relax and enjoy your holiday in France. Fitou town is truly a classical French winetown with a population of approx. 3000 and an almost unlimited number of wine producers. Fitou - wine is highly reputable in all of Europe as a good quality wine. Leucate Plage and La Franqui are the closest beaches. They are about 10 mins by car. There is local supermarket in Fitou or the Carrefour centre is about 10 mins by car.

| Bedrooms: | The main bedroom contains 1 double bed (160x200cm), 2 duvets and pillows, TV, DVD player, dresser, night stands and large closet. The other bedroom contains 2 single beds (90x200cm) with night stand, closet and baby cot. Both have air-conditioning units. |
| Bathrooms: | 1 bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower. The other has a bathtub/shower and sink with vanity unit. NEW! from 2009 there will be 2 full bathrooms with showers. |
| Kitchen: | A spacious open and light kitchen equipped with all the necessary modern items and a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably. In the pantry under the stairs there is a washing machine, espresso coffee machine, ironing board, iron, ladder and lanterns. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has 2 leather sofas, and in the nook there is 2 large chairs that can fold out to beds of good quality. There is a TV with DVD, a stereo with CD and MP3 player, ADSL, HP colour printer and a laminating machine. |
| Other: | The 30 sq.m. rooftop terrace has garden furniture and sunloungers allowing you to sunbathe in complete privacy all day long. The front terrace has a table and 4 chairs, excellant for enjoying breakfast at sunrise. In the garden terrace there is a BBQ. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towel and linens are included for upto 4 people. No beach towels are included. There is no bedlinen for the baby cot. End cleaning is included in the price along with laundry for the towels and bedlinens. |

In the garage, which is located separately from the villa, there is a range of equipment, some can be obtained for a fee.
Mountain bikes with accessories (no fee). Ski box – Thule 420 l (no fee to use). Yamaha Fazer 600 S. Suzuki GSF 600 Bandit.
2 sets carving-skis 140 cm and 170 cm. 1 golf set with caddy, golf balls, tees and extra driver (no fee).

Accessibility
The villa has 3 steps up to the front door. Inside the villa the layout and spacing may make it difficult for manoeuvering of a wheelchair.
Outside
There are 3 shared swimming pools in a fenced private area (a special key is used to get in). Large swimming pool (open July - September), a heated swimming pool (April - October) and a toddler's paddling pool. The pool area is not supervised and guests are responsible for their children's supervision.
Coast/Beach
Leucate Plage and La Franqui are the closes beaches. They are about 10 mins by car. The beaches are clean and nicely kept and very child-friendly. Windsurfing, kiteboarding, funboards and dinghy boards are some of the beach sports that are popular for the area. There are wonderful beaches all the way to the Spanish boarder - so enjoy!
Golf
Saint Cyprien Golf Club is approximately 35 minutes drive from Fitou.
Skiing
On the other side of the town the mountains start and yes, we can name so many activities and during the winter the most popular activity is skiing. There can be found 10 skiresorts all within 1½ hours drive, including Les Angles and Font Romeu.
Travel
There are several airports close by:
Perpignan 20 minutes.
Carcassonne 1 hour 10 minutes.
Montpellier 1 hour 20 minutes.
Girona (Barcelona) 1½ hours.
Toulouse 2 hours away.
Barcelona 2 ½ hours.
Car hire is available through most airlines.
Driving from Calais to Fitou takes approximately 10 hours, not including stops. A more descriptive instruction can be seen on our website.

Fitou is about 10 mins walk. The beaches are about 10 minutes by car.

Fitou town is truely a clssical French winetown with a population of approx. 3000, and an almost unlimited number of wine producers. Fitou-wine is highly reputable in all of Europe as a good quality wine. If you go for a walk through town you will find out real quickly that there are many wine caves, not to mention the good restaurants that are worth visiting. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to town from Villa Sunrise. Marketday in Fitou is Wednesdays. In St. Laurent de la Salanque there is a market on Sunday mornings.
Booking notes
25% deposit required upon reservation. Balance is payable 5 weeks before arrival. 100 Euros security deposit required (refundable within 1 week after departure).
Bike/golf set/ski are included in rental price.
Motorcycles rent for 240 Euros including up to 2,500 km per bike (security deposit 650 Euros per motorbike).
The exchange rate for UK Pounds to Euros is: 0.67.

We had a wonderful time in Fitou which is a very French, quaint village with good restarurants. The apartment is lovely, being clean and modern and had everything we needed - and more. Hopefully we will return one day".
*Ginger, I would just like to say that we had a great holiday staying at Villa Sunrise and we were extremely pleased with the standard of the accommodation. Although the villa looked nice in the photos we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that it was better than imagined, with good facilities.The pools on site were also lovely and not crowded.*
