Being only a 5 minutes drive away from beautiful Pampelonne beaches, 5km to St Tropez and 4 minutes to lovely Ramatuelle village, the setting allows a perfect enjoyment mix between complete relaxation and multiple activities. The area is well situated to enjoy water sports on the coast, for celebrity spotting in and around St Tropez, cycling, golf, walking and exploring the surrounding villages and towns. Extensive terraces both covered and uncovered, for sunbathing, dining and relaxing surround the house on three sides and guests enjoy exclusive use of a secluded 11m x 5m heated pool. The kitchen, dining and living room overlooking the pool and vineyards are full of sunlight and beautifully refurbished.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in (euros). Please contact us for rental terms in excess of fours weeks. A caution of 3000 euro is demanded. 50% of the total rental price will be required to reserve the property and is non refundable. Remaining 50 % of the rent to be paid latest 8 weeks before start of rental period. In case of late cancellation ( from 54th day prior to arrival till day of arrival) and in case of no show the full rental amount will be kept.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time earliest 16:00 o'clock and latest 20:00 o'clock. Departure time latest by 11:00 o'clock to be able to make up the property for the new arrival. Please respect the timings.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is a wonderful holiday spot for families with children and friends. The extensive park like garden with its private pool is a paradise for children as much as for adults. The swimming pool is secured for children and children table wear, cutlery, bottle heater, high chairs, baby bed, under a tree swing and outdoor playhouse being on spot, facilitate travelling and enjoying happy holidays with babies and toddlers. Being next to the beautiful Pampelonne beaches i.e. Cabane Bambou, Club 55 and famous, lively St Tropez every family member finds its enjoyment. The romantic tower bedroom has a beautiful view on the pool and wine yards and gives room for some privacy, being the only bedroom on a different raised level. The villa is equipped with electric heating and ceiling fans. The pool and garden is maintained weekly. Cleansing services can be arranged as wished we recommend 2 times weekly via our trustworthy known cleansing lady.
Accessibility
As the property is all on one level (except the tower room) and reachable without stairs it is suitable for wheelchair users. Also the arrival towards the house is easily reachable with a wheelchair as from the car a paved way leads to the house and terraces.
Unfortunately there are no extra handicapped facilities inside the house such as special bathroom and or toilet.
Outside
Large terraces directly overlook the swimming pool, 6000sq.m park and vineyards. The heated private pool is in mosaic style and counts 11m x 5m. The pool is double secured for children. The mocha brown 'Dedon' Style single and double sun loungers around the pool invite for comfortable sunbathing and relaxation. The by nature covered terrace, offers a further dining area for 12-16 person. A big American BBQ ensures wonderful grill evenings with family and friends. The large covered lounge area invites guests for elegant aperitifs and well deserved relaxation featuring new mocha brown 'Dedon' style lounge furniture. The romantic lounge area offers a nice breeze and stunning views on Ramatuelles lights by night. An electric gate leads to the property and private parking for at least 4 cars.
Coast/Beach
The property is situated 1000m from the beautiful Pampelonne beaches, where you find a lot of different very good beach restaurants. Some beaches (i.e. Club 55) have kids clubs, massage services and beach boutiques.
Golf
Close to many excellent golf courses.
Travel
Toulon airport is 40 mins away and Nice + Marseille airport are 1,5 and 2 hours away. It is recommended to have a car at site.
Distances
2km from romantic Ramatualle village and 5km to famous St. Tropez harbour with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Grocery shopping can comfortably be done within 300m from the property.
Further details
A perfectly equipped supermarket "Spar" with private extensive parking in front is situated only a 3 minutes drive from the villa.
Spar proposed a wonderful bakery, a large fresh fruit and vegetable tente, fishman and butcher next to normal supermarket products. It is of highest quality, well priced and so convenient!
Booking notes
To make a reservation or check availability, please email us. A reservation can be held for 3 days. Once an offer has been accepted, a rental agreement stating appropriate deposit and caution must be returned within 4 days. The deposit of 50% of the total rental price will be required within 5 days to book the rental property. The remaining 50% and a caution of 3.000 Euro must be received latest 8 weeks before rental start.
