The gite, with its private garden, is set within a 3-acre developing permaculture smallholding, with free-range chickens, geese, a rabbit and miniature Breton sheep. Relax on the veranda, under the living willow arbour or stretch out on a swing hung under an aged oak. Cut fresh herbs and help yourself to anything else that is in season and do ask us for free fresh eggs. The village is a short walk away with its bar/boulangerie/shop and a walk or cycle away will take to a choice of 2 auberges for a cheap and tasty lunch. The small town of Caulnes is less than 10 minutes away, and 15 minutes will get you to Dinan, a beautiful medieval town with a choice of supermarkets and an organic store. 40 minutes drive to the beautiful Emerald Coast or, in the other direction, the vibrant city of Rennes. Visit our website for more information. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for children or pets, and smoking is not permitted inside the gite.
