Villa Clematite is situated within the beautiful Pont Royal Golf and Country Club in the heart of Provence. Ideally positioned between Aix-en-Provence and Avignon, the stunning countryside provides a magnificent landscape for this unique complex covering 445 acres. The centre of the adjoining Pierre et Vacances holiday village is within a short walk of the Villa and has been constructed in the style of a Provencal village using traditional architecture and includes a central piazza where you will find restaurants and shops. All the leisure activities are also within easy reach of the Villa including wave-pool, playground, kids' clubs, horse-riding, tennis, basketball as well as nightly entertainment (high season).

Changeover day
Rental periods are normally Saturday to Saturday but other arrival and departure days may be facilitated in low or mid season.

Bed linen and towels (excl. pool towels) are provided. Mid-stay linen and towel change are available for stays of 2 weeks or more and must be arranged in advance (supplementary charge). |

The pool is fully alarmed and there is comfortable outdoor seating for 8 people, 4 sun beds and a BBQ. Part of the terrace is covered by a pergola.
Golf
The world renowned 18 hole Golf Course is a par 72 extending over 6,300 meters and was designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It provides excellent golfing facilities including driving range and clubhouse with restaurant and bar which is open to non-members.
Travel
By car: A7 motorway, exit at Senas then 8km on the N7 towards Aix-en-Provence.
By plane: Marseille Provence International Airport 50km.
By train: TGV stations at Avignon and Aix-en-Provence.
Car hire is recommended.
