The Masdecatalpa is an exceptionally pretty farmhouse with a large fenced off solar heated pool. It is hidden in trees beneath the forests of Sivens and Gresigne midway between the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts. It is located 45 minutes from Toulouse Airport near Rabastens halfway between Gaillac and Montauban. There is a market each day of the week in villages nearby. There are numerous restaurants to chose from and the nearest shops are 5 minutes away. The old stables have been converted into a wonderful modern kitchen which looks out onto a covered terrace facing east. On the west end of the house overlooking the pool is a large loggia with table tennis and plenty of garden furniture. 1 upstairs westend with bidet and access to pool outside. Ground floor: 3rd bath next to kitchen and additional separate WC with basin next door.
Kitchen: Solid top cooker with large gas oven. A fridge large enough to stand up in! A gas hob with electric self cleaning oven, washing up machine, larder with second fridge and small freezer. Large dining table.
Utility Room: Bosch washing machine.
Living Rooms: Library with Satellite TV, video and DVD. Large sitting room/games room with French TV and French windows onto garden.
Other: Entry hall with telephone. Broadband.
Cleaning/towels/

All towels and bed linen are included. Cleaning can be arranged on request during your stay. For those staying two weeks a change of sheets are provided.

Accessibility
There are two stairways - one to the East Wing & another to the West. The ground floor bedroom is particularly helpful to anyone wanting to avoid the climb!

From the kitchen you step directly onto the east covered terrace with a large table and 12 chairs. This is also the home of the BBQ.

Travel
Toulouse Blagnac Airport is 45km away via the A68 Autoroute. The nearest railway stations are Rabastens and Lisle sur Tarn.

Distances
Gaillac is 15 kms, Salvagnac 5 kms and Rabastens 8 kms.
