Up the hill, set in an country area 3km back from the coast on a private road, overlooking Lavandou village with a good view of the sea and islands. The villa has been just beautifully restored. Not far from anything but in the middle of the nature with a large garden. Medieval village of Bormes les Mimosas only 4km. Great selection of beaches. The coastline in this area of the French Riviera is the least spoilt along the coast, and the beaches are exceptional with fine white sand and turquoise water. The surrounding inland countryside is also the least built upon the coast with miles of untouched inland forest and hills.

Others local beaches (15 to 30 minutes drive): Saint-Clair, la Fossette, Cavalière. There are of course boats for hire, sailing tuition, scuba diving, windsurfing or waterskiing , and many more activities to be enjoyed.
