The house is set in an acre of woodland approx 1 mile from the centre of the village of Flassans sur Issole. A traditional french village with a range of shops, two bars, tabac, two boulangeries, butcher, mini mart etc. The village is midway between Le Luc and Brignoles, two typical provencal towns with all facilities. The area is predominantly wine growing and there are numerous attractive villages and areas to visit nearby to while away a sunny afternoon or enjoy a long lunch. The property comprises three completely self-contained link houses. Each is at garden level and has its own south facing and private sun terrace. Guests have unlimited use of the large swimming pool.

Notes on accommodation
The setting is very peaceful, in an acre of woodland with fig, olive, Mediterranean oak and "the wild herbs of Provence" lavender, thyme, rosemary and mint giving off a lovely aroma and only a short drive from the village centre. The windows are double glazed and have provencal style shutters for privacy and quiet, the floors are tiled throughout and there is heating and insulation for winter time. Electric BBQs are supplied for outside use.All properties have English size duvets and pillows. Sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels are needed and can be provided on request at 15 euros per person.
There are washing machines in a seperate building available for all houses to use.
Outside
The pool is 32ft by 16ft surrounded by large patio, there are loungers, tables, chairs and parasols and all guests have unlimited use from May to the begining of October. The pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Each house also has table and chairs on its sun terrace. The garden is wooded and natural with ample parking for all. The pool is alarmed and children must be supervised at all times. Bicycles and bike racks are available on request (when booking).
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches between St Tropez and Toulon are approx. 30 mins drive away. The Riviera resorts are approx.45 mins drive away.
Golf
The famous Barbaroux golf course is 10 minutes away and there are other courses within the area.
Travel
Use of car is essential.
Nice airport is one hours drive.
Toulon/Hyeres airport is 45 mins drive away.
Marseille airport is approx one hours drive.
Flassans is approx 10 km from the A8 motorway
and 700 miles from the channel ports.
Distances
Flassans 1 mile away.
Brignoles and Le luc approx 8 miles.
The Riviera is an hours drive, with Monaco and the Italian border nearby.
The breathtaking Gorges du Verdon are an hour inland.
Numerous pretty drives and villages in all directions.
