The penthouse apt. is the whole upper floor and Garden Apt the whole lower half of main villa, sleeping 6 people each. Possibility that the Penthouse could accommodate 4 adults + 4 children. Pool house is an independent 'little house' for 2 people in the grounds of the villa at opposite end of pool to the villa. All 3 units can be let together or independently and all guests have their own private facilities. The Penthouse apt. of the villa has own access as do each of the other sections. Pool and garden are shared at all times. Ideal for 2-3 families together or individual ones wanting luxury, coastal location, quality and superb views. All sections of the villa are independent of each other. With many repeat clients this is a superb location. Now the upper floor, the 'Penthouse' is also available for the first time this year meaning the whole villa can sleep up to 14 people together!

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Discounts may apply for bookings made at short notice subject to availability. Heating and electricity extra in Winter.
Special rates apply for Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition periods. Up to 30% reduction on late availability and/or cancellations. Linen and towels available for hire at £23.00 per person. Cots/high chairs available at extra cost.
Changeover day
Change-over day is normally Saturday, but occasionally, particularly out of season arrivals may be possible on other days.
Notes on accommodation
The pool is alarmed for the safety of children and the whole garden is securely fenced and hedged for privacy. There are areas for children to play and there is a Boules Court for all guests to use. The garden and pool are illuminated during the evening making a superb setting for evening bathing. Parking is in a secure off-road and locked area adjacent to the Villa grounds. Possible use of the personal owners' gym at extra cost for all guests.
Accessibility
A wheelchair can be accommodated only in the Garden Apartment. There is access through the Gym to the apartment and to the poolside via one of the grassed walkways.
Outside
Charcoal permanent barbecue as well as separate gas barbecues for the Poolhouse and Penthouse guests. Ample outdoor loungers and dining area for all guests. Shower at the side of the pool. Garden is immaculately maintained and is colourful throughout the whole year. Pear, peach, nectarine, fig, lemon, orange, palm and yucca trees in the garden.
Coast/Beach
Miramar/La Figuerette beach is approximately a 15 minute walk. The beach is sandy and has bars and restaurants of good quality around the bay. Some water sports available here. Théoule beach is 3.5 kilometres and has three sandy beaches and a rocky cove. Water skiing and other water pastimes such as parascending and donut and banana rides. Excellent restaurants on the beach and in the village. Beautiful coastal scenery of the Esterel coast with National Park rambling and mountain bike trails.
Golf
Numerous golf courses of high standard within a 30 minute drive to Mandelieu, Mougins, Opio/Valbonne and Valescure/St Raphaël.
Skiing
Day trips are possible to Auron, Isola 2000 and Valberg.
Special interest holidays
Day trips are possible from the villa for skiing enthusiasts to Auron and Isola 2000 where both resorts are open usually from mid December to the following April. Any special requests the owners will source the information for clients.
Travel
Nice airport is approximately 40 minutes' drive. A car is recommended as the nearest train station is in Théoule and although there is a bus service from Cannes along the coast road past Villa Katrilla to St. Raphaël, it is not frequent. Local taxi firm in Théoule can be contacted for arranged pick-ups.
Distances
Cannes is 17 kilometres, Nice about 45, Théoule village 3.5 kilometres and the nearest beach 1.5 - 2 kilometres. Nearest shops are in Théoule where there is a wide variety and some boutiques. Hypermarket in Mandelieu and also motorway access 8 kilometres. Perfumeries of Grasse, the vineyards of the Luberon, Monaco, Ventimiglia in Northern Italy, St Tropez are all close enough for day trips.

On arrival at Katrilla, there will be a folder with all details of local shops, restaurants and other amenities in the local area.
Booking notes
On requesting a reservation, a booking form will be sent. Bookings are confirmed on a 25 % deposit payment and the balances are due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is made in sterling into a UK bank account, but payment can also be accepted by credit card. Travel insurance can also be provided.
