Inside the villa are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large lounge and dining area and kitchen. Outside is a beautiful pool with a pretty garden, sun terraces, dining area and BBQ. Just a short walk away are the local sandy Mediterranean beaches where you can enjoy a day watching the world go by, or enjoy many of the watersports that are on offer.

Distances
St Raphaël is approximately 3kms away. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are about a 5 minute drive, and the Roman town of Fréjus is 5 kms away. Local shops and a large supermarket are just a few minutes drive from the villa.
Further details
The property benefits from being neatly situated between the famous harbour and markets of St Tropez to the west and the glamour and wealth of Monaco to the east. If this isn't enough then you also have Cannes, world renowned for its film festival, approximately 30 minutes drive away. Go inland and you will find many small villages so typical of Provence. Stop for a coffee in one of the many pavement café's and enjoy the relaxed pace that this part of Provence has to offer. St Raphaël benefits from having a mainline TGV train station being serviced from Paris and Lille, and provides many services to local and more distant towns. Day trips into the foothills of the Alps are a must for spectacular views and stunning scenery. Nice Airport is a 45 minute drive away. St Raphaël itself is a bustling coastal town with its own harbour from where you can take a trip across the bay to St Tropez. There are many seafront restaurants to explore and enjoy, and finish off your day with a stroll around the evening seafront market or visit the glamorous Casino.

25% deposit on booking. Remaining balance plus security bond of £500 10 weeks prior to arrival. Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week. Bookings run from 4pm FRIDAY until 10am FRIDAY. All bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels.
Please note - failure to adhere to these time parameters could incur a deduction from your security bond. Alternative arrival and departure times may be possible but only by prior arrangement.
