Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. Bed linen and towels are included. Final clean is 200 Euros. A deposit/holding cheque of € 3500 (or equivalent in £) is required in case of damage or breakage, which will be returned by mail within 15 days after check-out.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible but rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday only. Arrival from 4pm. Departure at 10am.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25%, payable via a bank transfer, will be taken up for initial booking. The balance will be requested 8 weeks before the journey starts. Should you book within 8 weeks of the commencement of your stay, then the full booking fees would be required. A deposit/holding cheque of 3500 € (or equivalent in £) is required in case of damage or breakages, which will be returned upon check-out. French, English, Italian and German spoken.
