Notes on accommodation
On the garden level there is large a separate apartment, accessed by an internal staircase, with an American kitchen, a large living/entertainment and dining area, flatscreen TV on the wall and a study area. There are further 2 bedrooms a shower room, a separate WC room and a bathroom. All with direct access to the garden and the pool area. A separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing facilities and a tumble dryer. The apartment can also be accessed from the outside. This makes the villa ideal for a either a big family/party, two families, a family with guests or a three generation family.

Beautiful entrance with large lawns, bougainvillea and space for 4-5 cars. Large terraced tropical garden, 3500m2, with palm, olive, eucalyptus and lemon trees, flowered and well maintained and scenting of rosmary, thyme and lavender.
In the middle of the garden there is a large sun terrace with extensive sea views. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs for ten people, 8 sun lounges. Barbecue.
The magnificent curved shaped pool with overflow is 10m x 5 m, depth, 1.30 m - 2.60 m. Can be heated and enlightened.

At night, you will enjoy the illuminated garden and pool and the magnificent views of the sparkling lights of the cities of Cannes and Nice.
Relaxing in the sun on the poolterrace enjoying the view or taking a walk in the garden, among orange, figues and apricot trees, maybe pick your own garlic, the first thing you will notice is the infinite feeling of revival.

Coast/Beach
Beaches of Mandelieu-La Napoule, 15 mins drive. Beaches of Cannes, 20 mins drive. Beaches of Théoule-sur-Mer, 20 mins drive. The Watersport Centre in Mandelieu-la-Napoule offers a wide range of watersports: sailing, rowing, waterskiing, scuba diving, wind surfing, kajak, sea-fishing, parascending, canoeing. Sailing school, private lessons and rentals.

Description: The scenery is outstanding and the standard of the greens and fairways are impeccable.
18 + 9 Holes - Length : 5676 m - Par 71 - Century-old golf-course (opened in 1891) with two main characteristics : the enchanting gentle landscape and the quality of the course. The shady fairways unfurl between rows of extraordinary parasol pines. Important : on the outward and return trip, you take a little ferry to cross the River Siagne which flows through the middle of the course.

Skiing
The nearest ski resort is 75 mins away at Gréolières les Neiges. The major resorts of Auron and Isola 2000 and Valberg are within 1h50 minutes' drive. The slopes are usually open from about mid December to mid March. Artificial snow-making machines. Good restaurants in the slopes. Excellent to go just for the day and return for dinner in the evening

Nice Aeroport Côte d'Azur: 35 minutes, Autoroute A 8 Mandelieu to Nice airport.
Use of car is necessary.
Parking place for 4-5 cars on the property, two of which are sheltered.

Distances
Cannes 15 mins drive, with its abundance of luxurious boutiques, excellent restaurants and nightlife. Mandelieu-la Napoule, 10 mins drive. Pretty seaside town with boutiques, lovely beaches, excellent golfcourses, three tennis clubs, bars, cafés, weekly markets, bakeries, butchers and plenty of restaurants, excellent sea-food restaurants in the port and one 2 stars restaurant, L'Oasis. Nice 35 mins. Antibes 30 mins drive. Vineyards, e.g. Château S:t Roseline 45 min drive.

Explore the spectacular coast line also from the sea. Boat trips depart from the main port in Cannes daily, as well as from Theoule-Sur-Mer. There are also night dinner cruises.
Friendly caretakers live in a separate apartment in the property. They are responsable for the maintainance of the garden and the pool and for maidservice on request. If you wish they can also provide French cooking. For nearest shopping/restaurants: Local shops, boulangerie-alimentation, great restaurants at Tanneron -5 mins drive. Supermarket, shops, bars, cafés, weekly markets, bakeries, butchers and plenty of restaurants at Mandelieu- La Napoule. You can also buy fresh vegetables & fruits at the farmer's nearby.
