The 17th century cottages are in the quiet rural Hamlet of Molières, perfect for a relaxing holiday to chill with a glass of wine or visit the many lovely parts of France. The Riverside market town of Chateau Gontier is a 5 mins drive and has a market every Thursday morning. Laval, Angers, LeMans, Rennes are all within easy reach, there is also an Equestrian Center in the next village and plenty of fishing, golf.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible subject to availability. Arrival time is 4pm (unless otherwise agreed). Departure is 10 am (unless otherwise agreed).

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for families with children we have a large garden. Babysitting service. There is no smoking in the cottage.
Outside
Secluded large garden, with hedges and trees. There is a patio to the front of the property with small table and chairs and BBQ terrace with table and chairs to the rear. Parking is off road in the cottage grounds with exit gates at top of quiet lane. We now have an indoor, solar heated, swimming pool. (10 x 5mtrs approx ) which is open all year round from 9am to 7pm daily. It is the responsibility of parents and adults to supervise children using the pool and communal areas.

1.10 mins Nantes airport. 1 hour 45 mins Dinard airport. 2 hours 30mins Caen ferry port.

Further details
Chateau Gontier is a beautiful town and has won many awards for its Floral Displays. There are many places to walk, cycle, go fishing. Boat trips along the Mayenne.
Booking notes
20% deposit is required when booking and the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival. A deposit of £100 will be required on arrival to cover any breakages or cleaning costs. This will be returned after an inspection of the property, the day of departure.
