The chalet was purpose built with skiing and convenience in mind. With its fantastic location right on the pistes of La Turche you really cant get a better or more convenient location. Huge patio doors in the louge area lead out onto the pistes. There is a large log burning fire in the lounge area.

The chalet has three floors with access directly from the pistes outside the patio doors on the middle floor, or from the driveway outside the ground floor entrance. There are three bedrooms on the top floor. The master room has a large double bed facing towards the patio doors looking out on to the pistes. There is a vanity unit in the room and a balcony outside. Bedroom two has a small double bed but benefits from the views out the window looking onto the pistes. Bedroom three is a large room containing two bunk beds, ideal for children. There is a large bathroom and a seperate wc on the top floor.
On the middle floor you will find another bedroom with its own large en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and amenties you need. The lounge has two large sofas, a tv dvd player and a large wood burning fire which gives the chalet a warm cosy feel.
On the ground floor you have another TV lounge room, a utility room and a boot drying room.

 


Accessibility
The chalet has a staircase leading to two floors and it therefore not suitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
The Chalet is surrounded by a private garden providing an ideal area for children to play. We have BBQ facilities and garden games available to rent.

Golf
The Les Gets golf course, positioned on the Chavannes ridge, offers a round of golf with exceptional panoramic views.
In the heart of the Portes du Soleil, in wooded surroundings, the les Gets Golf course has a hole named after the nearby peaks: with Mont Blanc or the 14th hole being the most impressive of this line up.
From this diversity, this fairly technical golf course derives its originality. Its variety along with the superb way in which it is looked after can't fail to seduce you.
The panoramic views along with the agreeable fresh air of Alpine summers make a tempting invitation to discover this exceptional setting.

Skiing
The village of Les Gets is the gateway to the magnificent Portes du Soleil ski area. Situated between Lake Geneva and Mont-Blanc at 1172m - 2002m, Les Gets has retained a traditional mountain village spirit with plenty of regional architecture of stone and wood chalets. Although the village dates back to the 11th century, a careful balance of tradition and convenience offers every amenity a modern resort should provide with the unspoilt beauty that makes Les Gets truly unique.

Special interest holidays
During the summer months Les Gets attracts visitors from all over the world who come to enjoy the adventure sports and alpine sun. Temperatures in the Alps often reach 30 degrees C and the sunny blue skies are a great setting for your holiday.
Home to a world class downhill mountain bike track, there are fantastic biking trails for first time mountain bikers to expert riders. The main lifts stay open all summer transporting bikers from the village to the top of the downhill runs where the fun begins!
You can also relax in the village – coffee at one of the many outdoor cafes, fondue in a traditional Savoyard restaurant or just sampling the local wines at a terrace bar while watching the sun set over the surrounding mountains.

Travel
The Portes du Soleil is located in the heart of the French Alps and is easily accessible from Geneva Airport and the French Motorway. Les Gets is one of the first villages you reach when entering the region.
The quickest route is by AIR to Geneva and then to drive for just one hour to Les Gets. There are several airlines now offering low cost flights direct from the UK.
It is also possible to drive the 900 km from Calais.
