The house terrace gives direct access across a tiny village lane to a private, enclosed garden with 19' x 12' in ground pool, large terrace, loungers, teak dining furniture, parasol and BBQ. Spectacular views from nearby scenic windmill and play area. Within 30 mins of 2 theme parks, festivals and free open air music concerts (in season), medieval villages, fine waterways, floral gardens, boating and riverside walks plus the department capital, Agen with its historic buildings, smart shops and cafes. Something for all ages to enjoy.

| Kitchen: | Living/kitchen with newly fitted units, gas hob, electric cooker, combi microwave, toaster, fridge. |
| Utility Room: | Dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, iron, portable electric coolbox which can be used in car for picnics etc. A hairdryer is also provided. |
| Living Rooms: | Living/kitchen with UK satellite TV, video and DVD player and videos, CD player, sofas, selection of books for children and adults, board games, Fisher Price dolls house and Action Man type truck. |

Our French femme de menage keeps the house, pool and garden beautifully clean. Bedlinen and house towels provided with beds made up ready for your arrival. Please provide your own pool towels. Gas and electricity included. Fresh bread and wine await you! |

Two terraces: a little gated terrace with table, chairs and great views immediately adjoining the living kitchen, plus the 19' x 12' pool terrace with loungers. Lavender, jasmine and a palm tree make this a lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Teak dining table and 6 chairs with parasol. Sunny, south west facing terrace and pool area. Private parking place close to the house.
Coast/Beach
The coastal resort of Arcachon is about 90 minutes drive from the house.
Golf
20 km to 18 hole championship golf course with restaurant etc.
Travel
3 nearby airports: Bergerac (40 miles) under 1 hour, Bordeaux and Toulouse (87 miles) under one and a half hours. Car required.
Ferries: Caen 435 miles, Calais 593 miles.
Distances
4 miles to pretty Castelmoron-sur-Lot with cash machine, Wednesday market, chemist, restaurants etc, river boats and pretty riverside walk.
30 mins to Walibi-Aquitaine (30 acre theme park with rides etc).
30 mins to vignerons-buzet (wine caves).
40 mins to Parc-en-ciel (tree top rope-walks, adventure park).
Stalactite caves, clockwork model museum, rose and waterlily gardens nearby plus horse-riding, cycling, go karting and micro-lighting. Restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets.
Further details
Village shop 2 mins walk from the house has local fresh meat, cheeses, fruit and veg, wine, ice cream, shampoo etc. Also 2 mins walk to bakery, post office, doctor, public phone box and bistro with indoor or open air dining.
Booking notes
Please contact us by email or via the website. 25% deposit required to secure your dates with the balance payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. £100 damages insurance also payable 8 weeks before (normally refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday, subject to there being no damage to the property). We can accept payment in Euros or UK pounds. Smoking is restricted to outdoors only. We do not accept pets.
