Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day. Some flexibility would exist for long stays.

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 with double wash hand basin, bath/shower, WC and bidet. Bathroom 2 with wash hand basin, shower, WC and bidet. Separate WC and wash hand basin off hallway. |
| Kitchen: | Electric Cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | Two double sofas, various coffee tables, desk, TV and music centre. |

Towels and linen provided for length of stay. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is family friendly. It is most suitable for both adults and children. Beach facilities are only 7-10 minutes from the apartment.
Outside
Large wrap-around balcony with more than adequate table, chairs and loungers. Some nice plants have added to the relaxing ambiance.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are a 7-10 minute drive from the apartment.
Golf
Four golf courses (Monaco, Mandelieu 2 & Mougins) are all within 45 minutes of the apartment.
Skiing
Several ski resorts are within a two-hour drive from the apartment.
Special interest holidays
Due to the special light of the area (giving purer colours) it is a favoured location for Artists in the off-season.
Travel
Nice Cote d'Azur airport is twenty minutes away.
A car would be recommended.
Distances
Villefranche 3 mins, Beaulieu-sur-Mer 10 mins, Nice 15 mins, Cannes 35 mins, Monacco 20 mins, Ventimiglia (in Italy with a very large market on Fridays) 60 mins.
Booking notes
Initial contact by telephone or email. 25% of cost of stay payable as booking deposit at time of booking. Full amount then payable 1 month prior to arrival. Booking deposit becomes security deposit and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure once apartment and contents are in good order.
Guest comments
Great view over the bay from every room, awaking with sunrise over the sea from the bed.
The apartment is lovely, and well equipped. And everything was prepared very well, no problem to find what we needed.

My husband and I have visited the Cote D'Azur for many years, staying in all sorts of accommodations and locations.
In my opinion 'Cactus Roc' had the most to offer......spacious. modern and clean accommodations with a private wrap around terrace, commanding a view that is simply breathtaking.
