Chalet Le-Gite is a charming, cosy chalet, situated on the Mont Chery side of Les Gets. With fantastic views from the large sunny, private south facing terrace it is the perfect location from which to spend your summer or winter Alpine holiday. Chalet Le-Gite is well equipped with everything you need for a great, hassle free self catering holiday and benefits from underfloor heating as well as wall heaters in every room and a boot drying area on the ground floor. It has its own secure detached garage with space for 1 car and ski/bike sporting equipment; there is also an additional parking space in front of the garage if required. Chalet Le-Gite is situated on the Mont Chery side of the Les Gets valley, 2km from the town centre. The free shuttle bus taking you to and from the slopes stops directly outside the chalet's garage twice hourly from 7.30am to 8.30pm, giving you the chance for a full days skiing and some après-ski too!

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but flexible rentals are available. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Ground floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe, sink and wash area. Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed large enough to sleep adults and storage shelving. Top floor: Bedroom 3 with a double bed, chest of draws and clothes hanging rail. |

| Kitchen: | The kitchen comes with a Bosch dishwasher, fridge/freezer, twin hob and small oven/grill. |
| Utility Room: | On the ground floor is a utility area for storing/drying ski clothing and boots. There is a wall mounted drying rack mounted above a heater. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a cosy and comfortable living area, complete with a dining table seating 6 people, a leather sofa and cushioned seating to help you relax after a hard day on the mountain! There is also an LCD TV, DVD player and stereo system with Ipod lead. |

Linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels) are not provided, these can hired from our French Agent and will be ready for pickup from her office with the keys to the Chalet. |

Accessibility
Chalet Le-Gite is located over 3 floors and is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Outside there is a spacious south facing sunny terrace area with a large timber bench table. Also provided are unloungers, deckchairs and a BBQ. Hose pipe is available for cleaning bikes.
Golf
Les Gets has a golf course shared with Morzine. 8-hole course - 5264 m / Par 70. No handicap required to play.
Skiing
The Chalet is 5 mins to the slopes using the free ski shuttle bus that stops directly outside the chalet's garage twice hourly from 7.50am to 8.30pm.
The Les Gets/Morzine ski area links into the vast ‘Portes du Soleil’ ski region of the French and Swiss Alps providing access to 650km of marked piste.
Special interest holidays
Mountain biking Les Gets provides some of the world's finest mountain biking and is part of the worlds largest lift linked MTB Terrain. Lifts run all summer with 5 at Les Gets and 24 throughout the whole Portes du Soleil area. Colour coded tracks are provided to match ski slope degrees of difficulty from runs ideal for all the family to runs and bike parks for more hard-core riders. Provided in the chalet is a book detailing all the official MTB tracks in the area.
Chalet Le-gite is 'ride in ride out' with a short downhill road decent into the town centre. To return take the white Mont-Chery lift and it is a wide forest track and road decent back to the chalet (directions provided in chalet).
Travel
Les Gets is under an hour's drive from Geneva Airport where there is an excellent choice of low cost airline flights available.
We recommend the use of a hire car, because the chalet is on the ski bus route the road is always kept free of snow.
To drive from the UK its approximately 600 miles from Calais to Les Gets with all but the last 30 on Autoroutes and the drive takes about 8 hours. The toll charges are around 70 euros each way.
Booking notes
1) Contact us with your desired holiday dates, we will reply with a booking form via post or email and confirm availability, total price and rental deposit required.
2) Send back the completed booking form with rental deposit payment (either cheque or bank transfer).
3) We will send you a booking conformation indicating the outstanding rental balance amount, due date and refundable damage deposit required. Also included will be details of where to pick up the chalet keys.

Everything is obvious and if not in the book, bus right outside the chalet and only a 15 min walk if you want an extra tipple late at night.
