Alpine ski apartment in Saint Gervais with stunning panoramic views of Mont Blanc. Totally refurbished, the 3 bedroom apartment will comfortably sleep up to 9 adults and 2 young children. It is on the piste, has use of shared pool (12 x 7m with a depth of 1 to2.2m) in summer and is only 300m from the ski station and town with its bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk away. Wood burning fire in lounge. Under-ground garage with direct internal access to apartment. WiFi Internet access in the apartment.

| Kitchen: | Very clean kitchen with double oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. Very well equipped with contemporary crockery, cutlery and glasses, and every utensil imaginable. |
| Living Rooms: | Ground floor lounge area has cosy wood burning fire and satellite TV with English channels. Sofa provides 2 x extra single beds in the form of a pull out bed with sprung mattress. Dining area has extendable dining table to seat up to 10 guests. |

There is a £15 per person charge for linen. Apartment is cleaned on changeover but for 2 week lets a mid-break clean with change of linen and towels can be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
No smoking in the apartment. We regret that we do not accept pets and request that you do not smoke inside the apartment. The apartment is excellent for children. Airport transfers are available. Satellite TV with English channels in lounge and double bedroom. Stereo with ipod dock. Nintendo Wii. WiFi internet and telephone. Travel cots, potty, high chair, safety gate. Children's books and toys.

Outside
There is a large balcony with a stunning view of the Mont Blanc and Aravis range when even in the summer, the mountains are peaked with snow. Sun loungers are available and there is a small decked area to the front of the apartment which is adjacent to the swimming pool.
Golf
There is a golf course at Megeve, 10km from the apartment 18 hole, Par 72.
Skiing
The Evasion Mont-Blanc ski experience covers the whole area of Saint-Gervais, Saint Nicolas de Veroce, Megeve and Combloux and also includes the slopes at Les Contamines Montjoie. The Saint Gervais communal territory covers the most extreme difference in altitude in Europe from 590 - 4,810m. There is skiing to suit all levels, from beginners to the most experienced, with 24 green, 42 blue, 52 red and 19 black ski runs and 125 ski lifts from an altitude of 1000 to 2350m. The challenging ski pass Mont Blanc gives access to the whole of the Chamonix valley plus Courmayeur in Italy. From the resort, there are over 180km of marked paths and trails, 500km of pistes, 137 ski runs, 125 ski lifts and 30km of cross country skiing. Saint-Gervais has 3 nursery slope lifts.
Travel
60 mins by car from Geneva International airport. 10 hours drive from Calais. 4km from motorway and TGV train station.
Distances
5 mins drive to Megeve. Only 20 mins drive to the resort of Chamonix with its designer shopping and lively nightlife, and the Mont Blanc tunnel - the gateway to Italy. French Riviera easily accessible. The nearby Lac de Passy offers water-sports including wind-surfing and the beauty of Lake Annecy with its picturesque old town is only an hour's drive away. For those wishing to explore by car, Switzerland and Italy are both within easy reach by car.

Nestled in a narrow gorge between Chamonix and Megeve - 2 of the most fashionable ski resorts in the French Alps, Saint-Gervais les Bains is a Spa Resort, which has attracted tourists since 1806. Situated under the majestic back-drop of Mont Blanc, yet only 50 mins drive from Geneva International airport, this beautiful small alpine market town with its Baroque church and pedestrianised areas, offers amazing scenery and an excellent selection of interesting local food shops and cosy bars and restaurants. There is a good local market every Thursday and amongst its other attractions, the town of Saint-Gervais offers a theatre and an ice skating rink. It is the only resort in the French Alps to combine the pleasures of skiing and other mountain activities with those of health and beauty spa treatments.
Besides skiing, guests can vary their trip with other exhilarating sports and activities, from snowboarding, cross country skiing, walking and hiking, husky sledding, tobogganing and ice skating. Saint-Gervais offers a host of summer activities as well. A trip up the mountain on the Mont-Blanc tramway, one of the last rack and pinion trains in France, is not to be missed. You could paraglide around the mountains or enjoy a leisurely round of golf at Megeve. You can take the cable car and enjoy the sunny terraces of alpine restaurants, in the fresh air and with stunning views of Mont Blanc. Booking notes
Arrival from 4pm, departure by 10am. Due to the high specification of the apartment and the extras we offer to our guests, we also ask for a refundable deposit of £100 to cover theft and indiscriminate breakages. This is to be in the form of a separate cheque, sent with the balance. We will not bank this cheque and it will be returned to you at the end of your holiday after a check of the apartment has been completed.
