About the owner
I'm Italian, retired, and I have bought the apartment mainly for my family direct use and mine during winter.
I rent it for the purpose to cover taxes and expenses and not on a speculative viewpoint. As I live in Venice Lido I have the beach and sea at my full disposal very easily, this is the reason for which my apartment is offered during summer. Of course other periods are also offered when free. I have in Nice a fully trusted person for the delivery of the keys during periods booked, with whom I'm in constant contact for the best handling of the rentals.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I love Cote d'Azur and the best location is, according to my opinion, Nice as it not so a big town but having all the characteristics and advantages of a holiday place, being in the middle of the Cote d'Azur and ease to move through all the amenities and places (Monaco Montecarlo, Cannes, Antibes etc) and the advantages of the town also in winter with all its shops, Commercial Centers, theaters, Opera house, cinemas, cultural places etc. Ease to move also to Corse and Sardinia through its daily ferry services and having one of the most important international airports of France (Nice Cote d'Azur).
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is located 25, Rue Paul Déroulède, which is a very strategic position. You are in the center of the town but the street is calm and not of heavy motorised traffic, beach and all amenities as well as shops of any kind, bus stops, Nice Ville railway station and terminal from/to airport, all is reachable in few minutes walk. Car is not necessary at all, but if you come with your own car public parking are at 50/100 mt., so as "rent a car" premises.
