Accessibility
Suitable for those with mobility problems. There are three steps up to the terrace but there is also a grass bank that a wheelchair could be pulled up. Inside there are three bedrooms on the groundfloor as is the bathroom and separate wc. However, the shower is over the bath and may be inaccessible for those with mobility problems.
Outside
The property is set in 11 acres. The back garden is approx 1 acre and has a selection of trees and shrubs. There is a terrace on two sides of the property to make the most of the sunshine and shade is available from the many trees on the property. A gas barbecue is provided, wooden garden furniture with parasol, sun beds, hammock, garden heater if needed.
Skiing
Skiing is available at Clermont which is approx 40 mins away.
Special interest holidays
Excellent Carp fishing. Carp up to 40lbs, along with Roach & Perch. A maximum of 5 anglers are permitted on Spring Lake which is over 4 acres in size. Wood view lake is just over an acre and 2/3 anglers are permitted.

"Accommodation very comfortable with a gorgeous master bedroom. It was lovely to wake up to that stunning lake view.
November and still lovely and sunny but chilly in the evenings, so really appreciated being lovely and 'toasty' inside. I believe the heating had just been upgraded. Also enjoyed the open log fire, very romantic.
My partner caught some good fish amongst them a Catfish, that he was delighted with.
Surroundings stunning and will be back next year with friends.
