Les Arbieux is situated on the top of a hill overlooking prune orchards and hazelnut groves and the local chateau. Retained features, 10 metre inside well, massive stone walls, and oak beams. All rooms remain cool even in the warmest of temperatures due to the very thick stone walls.

Beautiful secluded mature garden with Mediterannean plants and trees, giving shaded areas, for those that want to stay out of the sun, 3 patios. 1 barbecue patio overlooking the pool, table for up to 10 with chairs. The area is subtly lit for alfresco evenings. Patio with table tennis. Patio deck at end of pool is sunny in the mornings and shaded in the afternoons, swimming pool is salt water 11x5m with a roman end & heated. The deep end is 1.5m making it suitable for children or people nervous of deep pools ie non swimmers. 8 sunbeds with confortable matresses.Inflatable toys for the children. Fresh water solar heated shower adjacent to pool. Pool is used by owners but only when guests are not present.

Monflanquin 7kms, Villeneuve Sur Lot 7 kms. Rocamadour, a spectacular town built into the cliffs, 100 kms. Many beautiful chateaux nearby.
