The apartment is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais with an uninterrupted view over the Bay of Angels with all its changing colours. Just a short way from the centre of town and the old town of Nice and of course 50m from the beach. There are bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment and the airport is just 10 minutes away by bus or car. This really is the perfect location for enjoying the sites of Nice and the Riviera with Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes all a short drive away. The large and airy living/dining room opens onto a 10 mē terrace overlooking the Bay of Angels. 3 tastefully furnished double bedrooms, the third bedroom has a large sofa bed, with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped separate kitchen with modern appliances. TV, video and DVD players also available and hifi. Private underground garage and cave. Lift. If you know Nice then you'll appreciate the apartments position, centrally located on the Promenade des Anglais (the only place to be!!)

Accessibility
Unfortunately the lift is too small to accommodate a wheelchair.

Outside
If you arrive by car or like to rent a car, we can offer you free of charge our private underground garage, which is inside the building and which can be reached by lift as well. As all garages in the centre of Nice are a luxury and a rarity, you will find out that they are always small; therefore we provide you the exact dimensions of our garage: its width is 249 cm, its length is 677 cm, but please note it might be difficult to access with a big car because the private gate is smaller (width 210 cm x height 185 cm).

The beach is just across the street!

Travel
The nearest airport is Nice International which is just 10 minutes away by taxi or bus. Cars can be hired from the airport if you intend to lots of exploring of the coast, however it is not essential.

5 women shared this magnificent 3 bedroom apt in Nice. Every morning we had our coffee and breakfast seated at the large table on the balcony overlooking the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean. Just outside our door and across the street we swam every day in the 75 degree Mediterranean Sea. We were on and off the local buses and visited Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and St. Paul de Vence. The Promenade was lined with restaurants and shops and we ate everynite looking out over the Sea. The Pizza in France is much better than in Italy. The 3 bedroom apt was fully equipped with comfortable beds and t.v. internet access and music and brochures of Nice to explore. My party of 5 all agreed that we would like to come back again. The location is the best I have ever experienced and the people very helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Alexander Thijs for such an enjoyable vacation and many thanks for all the instructions and ideas of where to go and what to see while in Nice. Sincerely, Kim

Hi, I am Alexander Thijs, the property owner. In summer 2009 I had an interview in the Gazette de la Promenade, the Newspaper of the Promenade des Anglais, where I had the opportunity to outline all the best things of Nice and the Promenade in particular. Here are the first phrases of the interview: “I fell in love with the Promenade for the rest of my live!” These are the words of successful dentist and owner of an apartment on the Promenade des Anglais Mr. Thijs (Dutch). He is successfully managing the seasonal rental of his apartment, while working full time as a dentist. His rental site and blog are visited by people all around the world and have set a new standard for holiday rental.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Nice is the queen of the Riviera and the Promenade des Anglais is the place to be. The views from the apartment and the front terrace are stunning. For the beach, you only have to cross the street. Shops and restaurants are in the direct vicinity of the apartment!

The apartment is inside as nice as outside! With 3 double bedrooms, located at the quiet rear of the apartment, you will sleep in peace. The spacious living area has a large dining area for 6 people and the fully equipped kitchen is next door. It's suitable for a family but also for 2 couples as there are 2 bathrooms.
