A stunning first floor 2 bedroom French Alps apartment, located just 100m from the historic town centre of Samoens. The apartment is situated in the Jardin Des Neiges building which is a stone's throw away from the town centre yet secluded enough to benefit from peace and tranquility. The newly renovated apartment sleeps 4-6 people. Being family owned the apartment has been carefully equipped to suit families with small children and also older chldren. The apartment has been furnished to a high specification including a flat screen TV, Sky TV for summer 2007, DVD with films for all ages, PlayStation 2 with games for all ages, CD player with numerous CDs, books and games for all ages too.

Changeover day
Normally Saturday, however other days will be considered subject to availability.

| Bathrooms: | The apartment has 1 bathroom and 2 wcs. The bathroom is newly fitted and has a large corner shower cubicle with a power shower for those aching bones. |
| Kitchen: | The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample workspace, dishwasher, washing machine, combination oven/microwave and ceramic hob. It extremely well equiped and provides most things that you would expect in a family kitchen and more. |
| Utility Room: | Ski locker provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area is bright and open plan with double doors opening out onto a large, south facing balcony with mountain views. There is a sofabed and separate seating area which leads into the dining area with dining table which can seat 6 people. |
| Other: | There is a separate WC in between bedroom 2 and the shower room. Numerous coat hooks and additional storage space can be found in the entrance hall. You are provided with a garage for your car or extra storage plus an additional car parking space. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The price is inclusive of the provision of quality linen and towels with beds made up prior to arrival. All utility bills, ski hire discounts available for booking with us. Final clean, however, the apartment must be left clean and tidy. |

Outside
A larger than average south facing balcony with magnificent mountain views with outdoor furniture.
Coast/Beach
There is a man made beach on the lake at Morillon which is 6km away and well worth the visit.
Golf
The apartment is within 1 hours drive of 6 golf courses with a practice range into the Samoens lake.
Skiing
The ski bus stop is 100m and takes 2 minutes to the Grand Massif Express telecabine which then takes you up to 1600m. Excellent ski schools and crèche facilities are available in the resort.
The Grand Massif is the third biggest ski area in the Alps and includes the ski areas of Flaine, Samoens, Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixt reaching up to 2500m. Many of the major slopes are north facing and so retain their snow for longer than many resorts.
The area is ideal for all levels of skier, with excellent nursery slopes at Samoens and experts are well catered for locally and in particular at Flaine.
Special interest holidays
Climbing:
There is excellent climbing nearby, including the Haut Giffre (Les Dents Blanches and Les Avoudrues) and spectacular limestone cliffs at Sixt Fer a Cheval. The Gorges des Tines also has several excellent sports climbing sectors: the Tines sector, with routes ranging from 5a to 8a, the Fonts sector, with routes from 5c to 8b, and the Dard area.
For those who are looking to try something a little different, there is also the Mont Via Ferrata perched high on the dramatic Mont crags.
Also there is ice climbing, cross country skiing, dog sledding, ice skating, caving, snowshoeing, sledging, paragliding etc. In high season a children’s train runs around the resort.
In the summer, the resort has lots to offer; mountain biking, walking, white water rafting, paracending, lakes and adventure parks for the children including outdoor swimming pool complex.
It is an ideal base to watch the Tour De France.
