This modern house complete with perimeter fencing is only 10 minutes by car or public transport from the Disneyland Resort, with its theme park, studios and entertainment centre boasting a large variety of restaurants, bars, boutiques and shows. Guests may also enjoy visits to many local chateaux including Fontainebleau, Vaux-le-Vicomte and Ferrieres and the world famous Champagne regions of Epernay and Reims are within easy reach. The fabulous Val d'Europe shopping centre is only 10 minutes away and many other activities are also available in the region such as horse riding, golf, Go-Karting, Sea Life Centre and gastronomic local restaurants. This is a marvellous location for an active and interesting family holiday.

Notes on prices
These rates are weekly. Shorter or longer stays on request. The above rates are based on 6 - 8 people. A 10% discount is offered to groups upto and including 5 persons. This discount is NOT available during Peak Season (*).
Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day in Peak Season.
Otherwise, we are very flexible.

Golf
Ideally situated for a golfing holiday. A few minutes drive away is the Disneyland Paris 27 holes Championship Golf Course. Within a short drive of 7 other courses, this house is ideal for a golfing holiday. All green-fees can be arranged and pre-booked by the owner including expert advise on a golfing holiday in the heart of France.

The owner is happy to provide helpful advice and information prior to or during your visit regarding transportation, visits to local attractions and facilities and any other information which will facilitate your trip and make your holiday more enjoyable. Airport pick-ups, pick-ups from Eurostar and guided tours of Paris can all be arranged.
Travel
Both Paris International airports Charles de Gaulle and Orly are around 35km.
Beauvais airport, served by cheaper airlines, is an hours drive away.
The port of Calais is a 3 hour drive.
A car is not necessary, but is advised.

All local amenities supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, banks and post office are steps away.

All requests for availability and reservations will be answered within 48 hours.
A payment of 30% which is Non-Refundable is requested on confirmation within 7 working days. The balance in full is due 2 months before the arrival date.
Payment is excepted in British Pounds Sterling or Euros.
