La Graule is a beautifully restored farmhouse with stunning views accross the River Dordogne. Whilst retaining its natural French rustic charm the property is fully equipped for modern living - the modern kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher and microwave, whilst the book library, Sky TV and DVD library are just some of the facilities that will entertain all ages and interests. The layout has been designed for outdoor living and 'al fresco' dining with a large terrace overlooking the river and gas BBQ. The property is fully winterized with central-heating and wood-burning stove. La Graule is situated in beautiful countryside about 3km from the 2 villages of Eynesse and Pessac Sur Dordogne - the latter has a number of restaurants, a bakery and convenience store. The nearest large town is Ste Foy Le Grande (10km) where you can find bigger supermarkets and some excellent restaurants.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday in the high season. Arrive between 4-6pm and depart by 10am. The house is cleaned between handovers and the rental also includes a mid-stay clean for stays of more than one week.
