Maisonette six miles from St Emilion and the vineyards. Near Bordeaux (20 miles) and the southwest of France, near Castillon, Bergerac and the Dordogne (35 miles). Very pleasant countryside, small villages and historical sites. Refurbished ground floor maisonette in the country side, large dining/living room, TV and DVD, large garden, swimming pool (above ground/summer only), very calm, in hamlet but near shops, chemists, etc.

Changeover day
Usually arrival 14.00 on Saturday and departure 10.00 next Saturday. Saturday is the usual changeover day but arangements can be made subject to availability.

Kitchen: Cooker, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kitchen table and chairs for four.

Living Rooms: Large living/dining room with sofa, armchairs, dining table, TV and DVD player..
Other: Garden furniture. Above ground swimming pool in summer months (7, 8 and 9).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Towels and linen normally not provided (or + supplement).
Property cleaned on departure of tenants once per week.

A car is essential although there are local bus services (Bordeaux- Libourne), but these are reduced in the school holidays.

Distances
Branne: 1/2 mile for shops. Everywhere around the village are vineyards!
St. Emilion (wine and interest).
Bordeaux: going out, history, culture, big shops.
Castillon, Bergerac, Libourne: medium sized towns (history, shops, etc).

Branne has shops, supermarket, doctor, chemists, newsagents etc.
