Changeover day
Arrival and departure dates are on Saturday only.
Arrival is at 3pm and departures is 10 am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided and beds will be made up on arrival, additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at extra cost. An English speaking guide will be available by phone should you require any further services. |
Notes on accommodation
Pool heating is available at an extra cost but it is unnecessary during the summer season. Telephone is available and calls to Europe, England and America are free of charge but calls to other areas will be charged.
Outside
Outside the gardens are completely enclosed and are very private offering a large L shaped pool, summer kitchen with dining area with table and seating for 10, sun loungers are provided on the pool terrace and there are garden seats scattered throughout the manicured gardens. All areas of the garden benefit from superb seaview over the bay of St Tropez.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is just 150m, this is a small beach with jetty and coffee bar, children are very safe as the swimming area is enclosed. Larger beach are available along the seashore all within walking distance.
Golf
Golf is available at Beauvallon which is only a short drive or the main Ste Maxime golf course is about a 15 minute drive.
Travel
Nice Airport is 1 hour. Toulon Airport is 45 minutes. Marseille Provence Airport is 1 hour 40 minutes.
Distances
Ste Maxime town centre is a 1.2 km, (15 minute walk) along the promenade. St Tropez is about 9km but can be accessed by water taxi from Ste Maxime.
Further details
Ste Maxime is a beautiful town and provides superb restaurants, many great shops, outdoor markets at night and traditional markets including local food, fresh fruit, general goods market and antiques market throughout the week.

About the owner
Hi we are the Gallagher family and we bought this lovely property in February 2007. We have been going to Ste Maxime on family holidays since 2001 and love it hence the house. The house itself has beautiful views which is what attracted us to it immediately and is within walking distance of the town, which was important to us as we have three children and wanted to be able to walk in and out of town for our evening meals. Our children love it and the pool to them is the best bit. We go to the villa a few times a year mainly out of season so that we can let it during the summer. We have rented it since 2007 and have had many, many happy holiday makers. I hope you take time to look at the website and maybe book you wont be disappointed! Aileen.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
As mentioned above we bought the house for the sea view and its convenience to the town centre and of course the beach is just about 200m. The walk into town is absolutely beautiful as its is all along the seafront with views to St Tropez. We loved the area as there is so much to see and do and Ste Maxime has maintained its small town feel as there are no high rise apartments and the town itself has a lovely beach, fab restaurants and lovely shops. If you want to experience the glitz and glam of St Tropez you can get the ferry from Ste Maxime which is a lovely trip and no traffic jams involved!! We love the house, it has loads of space and sleeps 10, we redecorated completely from scratch when we bought it and the garden and pool is completely private and not overlooked.
Unique benefits of the property
Benefits include the beach is only 200m walk so no climbing into cars and looking for parking spaces. The pool is quite large and is no way over looked so it is very private. There is a big outdoor patio with kitchen and barbeque and seating for up to 10 people.
