You will be welcome in this 16th Century manor farm nestling in the country in a quiet environment. 5 very comfortable en-suite rooms for 15 persons and 1 cottage for 7 persons or 2 apartments in the cottage for 3 and 4 personns. A poplar alley leads to this impressive manor and its genuine farm buildings (cider-press and old arches). The central position of the Manor will enable you to visit many interesting places: ‘La cité de La Mer’ in Cherbourg, the Channel Islands, Jersey and Guernesey, the D-Day beaches and its monuments (Utah beach, Omaha beach, Sainte Mére l'Eglise). The main building dates from the 16th century, but the foundations are still older. Important renovations have been made during the 18th century. Its setting dates from the Gallo-Roman period and Savigny was joined to the famous town of Alauma. The old Roman causeway of Cosedia borders the property.

A recently renovated 18th century charming cottage surrounded by the garden and the fields. All the cottage is suitable for 7 persons. Description of the cottage apartments: Gite 1 for 3 persons. Ground floor living/dining room with sofas, large old fireplace (can't be used), a bar with basic cooking facilities, microwave and fridge. First floor a large room with a queen size bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with bath-tub, wash-hand basin, WC, wood floor in bamboo. Gite 2 for 4 persons Large ground floor with living/dining room with sofas, large old fireplace (can't be used), tv, dvd reader, internet access, bar, all equiped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, microwave and fridge. First floor with 2 large bedrooms with a queen size bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower, wash-hand basin, WC, wood floor in bamboo. Electric heating. Private garden with patio, table and chairs (the rest of the garden is share with the b&b). |
