Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday, especially in July and August, guests are asked not to arrive before 4pm and to vacate their apartment by 10am.

Two bedroom apartment both double rooms, one with king size bed, the other with two 90cm (3ft) single beds. Shower room with WC and bidet. Kitchen/living room with full size cooker (4 burner gas top, electric oven), fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, stainless steel pans and washing machine. Outside has a terrace with table and chairs. |

Notes on accommodation
All the accommodation is fully and comfortably furnished, most rooms have electric heaters.
Accessibility
Although we have had disabled people using the property, it is not specially adapted and is not wheelchair friendly as there are steps down from the terrace.
Outside
There is an unfenced stream on the property and children under school age will need to be supervised at all times. There are extensive grounds with woods behind and to the side. The 5 x 10m swimming pool and its terrace is shared, there is also a 12 x 3m shared terrace outside the apartments, with steps down to another 12 x 3m terrace - plenty of room for everyone. Maison Cinq has direct access to a rear terrace where there is a BBQ and there is also available a gas fired grill for those who can't be bothered with the charcoal!
Travel
Use of car is essential, Bergerac airport is 55 mins drive, Bordeaux and Limoge both 2 hours. The channel ports are 10 hours, and St Malo about 7 hours. Arival by rail is convenient, and there is now a station at St Cyprien.
Distances
Sarlat 20 mins, Beynac 10 mins, Chateaux Milande and Castelnau about 20 mins. Montignac and the caves at Lascaux around 40 mins. Les Eyzies (and Cro-Magna) 15 mins.
