This fantastic apartment is situated on the ground floor of the MGM development of Les Fermes du Beaufortain, Bisanne 1500, Les Saisies. It is approximately 3 years old and briefly comprises of kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, ski locker and balcony. Les Saisies lies within the Espace Diamant ski area, giving back door access to 195kms of piste, in one of the most snow-sure areas of the French Alps, due to its proximity to Mont Blanc. It is within walking distance of traditional Savoyard Restaurants, and benefits from a Panoramic 180 degree view of Mont Blanc and the surrounding range. The ski area covers the towns of Les Saisies, Crest Voland, Notre Dame de Bellecombe and Praz sur Arly. Summer activities here are plenty and varied and include walking, mountain biking and parascending. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools within the area. Whether it’s the alpine scenery, clean mountain air or more adventurous mountain activities you are interested in, this apartment offers it all.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Sunday, 10am departure and 3pm arrival (local time) at peak times, at other times changeover day is flexible.

| Living Rooms: | The fitted kitchen opens into the living & dining area which includes oak table & 6 chairs, fold away chairs are provided for extra persons. There is a comfy double sofa bed and TV/DVD. Picture windows lead onto the south facing balcony. |
| Other: | The ski locker is situated just outside the apartment back door, for storage of skis etc. |

Towels are not included in the apartment. Bed linen is included together with cleaning at an extra cost of £50.00 per week. Alternatively, please bring your own bed linen. |

Accessibility
Car parking is situated a short walk from the apartment, and the apartment is accessible from ground floor level via the balcony, or via a lift and stairs to the back door.
Outside
The apartment has a south-facing balcony with panoramic mountain views - just perfect for taking that late breakfast in the morning sun or maybe that evening drink as you gaze out onto the mountains.
Coast/Beach
The lakeside resort of Annecy is approximately 40 minutes drive from here. In the summertime Annecy offers boating and swimming in a delightful setting.
Skiing
The apartment is ski-in ski-out, with access to the piste being from the back door onto the Espace Diamant ski area. This includes approx 195 kms of piste and encompasses the towns of Les Saisies, Crest Voland, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet and Praz sur Arly, a link to Megeve is planned in the future. The slopes in Les Saisies itself offer a range of green to black together with a ski park for jumps. There are various ski hire shops (one within walking distance of the apartment) and an excellent ESF Ski school. Les Saisies itself is a family orientated resort.
Travel
The nearest airports are Geneva or Grenoble, both of which are approx 90 minutes drive, and use of a car is recommended.
Driving time from Calais is approximately 9 hours via Geneva.

Annecy approx 40 minutes drive.
Further details
The hamlet of Bisanne 1500 at present offers 3 restaurants and a ski-hire shop. Ski passes can be bought from here.
The town of Les Saisies is 5km from the apartment, and offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, supermarket, butchers, bakeries, tourist information and ATM facilities. During the ski season there is a free ski bus service to Les Saisies which runs until the early evening every day.

Prices are in UK Pounds, and are for the apartment for the week, self-catering.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with final balnce due 6 weeks before arrival date.
It is recommended that you take out travel insurance (with winter sports cover if required), as the owners accept no liability for any loss, injury or accidents during your stay.
