The apartment complex is situated on the scenic coast road that runs from Mandelieu, passing through Theoule Sur Mer and can be found just before Trayas at Port La Figuirette. Enjoying unspoilt sea, pool, garden and hillside views this beautiful complex is ideally situated for a family holiday with two beaches within a 2 minute walk. Shared use of the child friendly swimming pool is also included. There is a also a garage complex underneath the pool area where your car can be securely parked. Within walking distance there are 8 restaurants within the bay area ranging from beachside cafe restaurants to fine dining. A supermarket is 15 minutes walk away and the bay is served by regular buses to Cannes. A local market visits the small port twice a week bringing freshly cooked chickens, salami and fresh fruit and vegetables.

Changeover day
The apartment is booked Saturday to Saturday only in mid season - out of season please let us know your plans and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Take over time is 1pm and you need to vacate by 11am. This gives a two hour cleaning slot.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower and sink. Second bedroom with bunk beds, pull out bed and a fold down 'zedbed' -ideally suited to a max of 4 children. There's also a sofa bed in the lounge area which can sleep two adults. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite shower and sink in master bedroom. Main bathroom has additional shower, sink and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine/combined dryer. It was completely restocked with cutlery and crockery in 2006. |
| Living Rooms: | The main living area is of double height with a sofa bed, sideboard and large dining table with 6 seats that can be conveniently stored under the stairs. Fully opening doors give access to the balcony and gives a wonderful view across the bay. |
| Other: | Also included is a TV and DVD combo and CD/radio Hi-Fi with Mp3 connection (cable provided). There are also a collection of DVD's, mainly childrens titles but there's something for everyone. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Quilts, pillows and some tea towels are provided for 8 people. All the beds have mattress and pillow protectors. You will need to provide quilt covers, sheets and pillow covers (English size). |

Accessibility
The apartment is on the third floor, however there are only 3 flights of about ten steps. There are lots of steps in the complex and access to the pool would be difficult for wheelchairs.
Outside
The apartment is set in beautiful flowered gardens. The pool is shared with other guests of the apartment complex but is safe and secure for children and is approx 10-15 metres long by approx 5 metres wide. Children under the age of 12 years cannot use the pool unaccompanied. At its deepest it is approx 7 feet. There is also a childrens/toddlers splash pool. The patio has a large, extendable table with 6 outside chairs. There are no BBQ's allowed in the complex. The pool area shuts at 9pm and opens again at 9am.
Coast/Beach
There are two free very clean beaches within 2 minutes walk of the apartment. During summer months there are lifeguards patrolling the beaches. There is also a private part of the beach with sunbed hire and beachbar. Public toilets are also provided.
Golf
There are two excellant golf courses which come personally recommended within 15 minutes drive of the apartment in Mandelieu. Please see our website for full information. There are further courses within an hours drive away.
Skiing
At certain times of the year, above Grasse in the hills (approx 30 mins away) there is a skiing resort.
Travel
Nice is just 40 minutes away by car. Taxis are readily available from outside the airport and there is a bus service into Cannes where the coast road bus can be caught, dropping you off at the apartment gates. This is hourly and takes you the coastal road into Cannes. From here it is a short distance to the train station where trains can be caught to Italy to the market at Ventimiglia - a great day out with kids and no driving involved!
Distances
Within the bay area are 8 restaurants and cafe bars. Theoule is approximately 5 minutes by car, again there are plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and a post office with a cash machine. Mandelieu is just 10 minutes away and Cannes 15 minutes by car.
Further details
The nearest cash machine is in Theoule at the post office in the towns square. Also in Theoule are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and further beaches. La Superette - a small shop - is only 15 mins walking from the apartment and you can buy English newspapers, milk, bread, croissants, cold meats etc. Please see our website for full details of places to visit on the Cote D'Azur. Also in the bay at the apartment are Batski - a boat/water sports company. Leaflets can be found in the apartment - better still you can view their activities from the apartment balcony - glass of wine optional!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment in July 2007 for 1 week, my husband, myself and our 3 teenage daughters. We had a fab relaxing week! The apartment's in a fantastic location overlooking the beautiful bay. We took the coastal train into Monaco one day it was fantastic! If you are looking for an upmarket (no lager louts!) place to stay in the south of France this is the place to stay!...actually I am loath to say much more as we want to return again soon and the more people get to know about it the less chance there is of us getting availability!
